Williams & Son installed a new gas water heater in July 2022. Service was great, they can the same day. However, they charged me $2,500. It is an A O Smith, 40 gal gas water heater model GPVL 4020. I have always felt I was greatly overcharged. I looked up the cost of this water heater and the price is $1500 (as of Aug 2023). They charged me $1,000 for labor! I would not recommend them for anything.

Williams & Sons put in a new furnace in in April 7 or 8 2022, when they installed it, their workers scratched my new flooring, scratched my walls, and put gauges in my walls, (see attached pictures), the furnace is making weird noises, & when it is on, I have to turn the tv up to 80 to hear it & I am about 10 ft. away from the TV. The noises sound like something is coming up from the vents, & it doesn't go away. I called Rob the owner & told him about the sounds & that the furnace is Not working properly, The furnace only works in 3 rooms closest to the furnace and out of 12 vents, only 3 are working. I also told Rob about the scratches in the floor and walls and he said that he would fix them ALL, I have e-mails as well, He has promised me several times that he would come out & fix it, & never does. His worker John came out on Jan 27, 2023, & said that he just had another mobile home in Avon, NY that had the same problem that it was the Y connector & that the loud noise he can fix with a fuse and that he would come out the following Mon or Tues to fix it & never came out. It has been quite cold where it is 5 degrees or lower and I sit here & freeze, when I go to sleep, I have to have 3 blankets, 2 comforters, and clothes to bed to be warm, No One should have to live like this, On Jan 27 2023, I smelled gas called 911, and the fireman also detected a gas leak, RGE also came out and said the gas leak was coming from the furnace, The RGE man fixed the leak, I texted Ron the owner, & all he asked me if the RGE man red tagged the furnace REALLY... Williams & Sons NEED to fix their mistake. I have been waiting for over 10 months and Nothing, so I e-mailed Rob & told him I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and he said Please Don't, I did report him to the BBB, and he refuses to answer them. ALL I ASK IS FOR THEM TO FIX THE FURNACE THAT HAS NEVER WORKED FROM DAY 1 AND FIX MY FLOORING AND WALLS, I am 100 disabled & would like my furnace working.,
