Chris the owner is very attentive and even goes on job sites for even the ""small jobs"". I am so impressed. He texted me after hours to get info to fix our plumbing issues. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Our regular technician is Ray and we love him. He is always on time and does an excellent job. We have an older house so plumbing issues seem to creep up a bit. I am really glad we found this guys. They are our go to plumbers!

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. Chris has done many jobs for our family in both our previous home and our new home. He installed an entire master bathroom addition for us as well as other smaller jobs and repairs. Most recently Chris has helped us during a water main clog right before the holidays when we had family visiting and we're in a major pinch! If we had not hired him for the job, we would very likely have ended up with waste water overflowing in our first floor kitchen and bathroom on Christmas Eve!

He has gone above and beyond in many ways - from being available via text and cell at late hours, to taking the time to fully explain in layman's terms the details of every job he has done. He lets you know why he recommends the solution he is proposing as well as gives you options. He clearly thinks through each situation with care and does what is best for the homeowner. He and his team have always been courteous and kind, and on top of it all, his prices are very fair and reasonable. If prefer to work with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, go with Chris!

Our boiler died suddenly a few weeks ago in the middle of a cold snap and Chris rearranged his schedule so he could come out to help us. He and his lovely team installed a combi high-efficiency boiler/water heater and got us up and running again. Chris and his crew were professional and incredibly competent and kept us informed all throughout the installation. They were pleasant, positive and hard-working and even took care of our elderly dog while we were at work! They also cleaned up after the job was finished and helped us to fill out the permit paperwork required from the borough. We highly recommend Williams Precision Plumbing and would use them again.

I want to thank Chris Williams for what he did for my wife and I today. We were watching water seep into our house from a pipe outside. I called several plumbers and everyone told me they could not help because they were booked solid. When I spoke to the nice young lady at Williams Precision Plumbing (sorry, I didn't remember her name), she told me they too were booked solid. However, she sounded truly sorry to tell me that, so I felt comfortable asking her if she could recommend someone who might be able to help. She agreed. Within a minute or so, Chris Williams got on the phone and calmly asked me to explain what was going on. After listening to my explanation, he suggested that I text him some pictures of the outdoor pipe I was speaking about, which I did. Within 5 minutes, he told me that the reason the shutting off of the main water valve in the house didn't help, was because this was an irrigation pipe. He told me to trace the pipe back into the house and find another valve that would control the irrigation system. He did all of this, while calmly apologizing that he couldn't come by right away because they were involved in a major job where an inspector was present. I followed Chris' advice and within 5 minutes was able to identify the correct shutoff valve and the water finally stopped running. In an age where many will not go out of their way to offer help unless they are directly profiting from their assistance, Chris offered help because he is a true professional and a very decent guy. You can rest assured, the next time we need a plumber, Chris will be the first person I call.

Had a leak in my mobile. Called the office and the girl said she ""would get someone right out""

A couple hours passed. Nobody. I called back and asked if someone was coming. The girl asked if someone called, I said no and she said ""Guess not"".

Nice. I cant speak for craftsmanship or pricing, but if you need sonething right away go elsewhere. Peoples lives are effected and that dont care attitude made me write this review. Ironically, the fix was easy.

Chris came for the free estimate and spent time answering all my questions. He is also very responsive via email and text which has made scheduling very easy.
