DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can find better companies. I had a kitchen sink back up, had an appointment set up for Williams Plumbing Services to come on Monday 4-2-18. They showed up with NO equipment and only had a water hose that had a hole in it. Water was going all over the inside of my garage, and they didn't care. They even had to borrow some of our tools. My husband is a general contractor, and had been referring this company to all of our clients. My husband called to complain about how they did me, and they got ugly with him. They were supposed to come back the next day, they never did, they would not answer my calls or call me back. Most unprofessional person and company I have ever encountered. DO NOT waste your time with this company, you will be treated like you are nothing. There are better companies that care and want to help others in need.

On 6/2/17 I observed a man driving a Williams Plumbing Services truck on I-10 driving extremely aggressively. He cut off several people and slowed down, while still on the freeway to yell at another driver.

I made a call to the company to complain about the driver. I asked to speak to a manager or owner and was told by Jerry that he was the manager and could take my call. When I reported the incident Jerry began to yell at me that he was the driver that I had observed and proceeded to attempt to justify his aggressive behavior. He made several inappropriate and unprofessional comments, including using profanity and referring to the person he yelled at as an "illegal Mexicans."

When I questioned him on the racial comment he continued using profanity and became more aggressive. He also mentioned that the vehicle he was driving didn't have any brakes, which is another concerning issue.

This exchange was totally unacceptable for a legitimate business.

Jerry Williams responded immediately to my call about a broken pipe flooding my back yard. He came out promptly (on a Sunday!), fixed my problem (having to run up to Home Depot to get a custom replacement nipple), and alerted me to a potential problem of my sprinkler system freezing, thereby avoiding another emergency call! The words "disrespectful, disgusting, and unprofessional" doesn't even begin to describe these people. Walked into the bathroom while he was working in there "cleaning" the tile...the bucket he was using to hold the cleaner he was scrubbing the tile with, he was also SPITTING HIS TOBACCO IN! I tried calling to have them come BACK out and complete a job they had been paid for. I was yelled at, cursed at, and told by the OWNER that he would no longer speak to a "stupid little girl" regarding this matter. I had to get my boyfriend to call, the owner was much nicer to him but the issue as yet to be resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
