Kirk deserves 5 Stars for the services he provides for Williams Plumbing and Heating. He is very thorough and tells you exactly what he is going to do. He comes highly recommended by me. You won't be disappointed with Williams Plumbing and Heating.

Called to come out to see why the pipes where dripping. He was really rude to us and all he did was take pictures and told us he can't do anything because there was mold. He told us to call a restoration company then call him back after we have it certified saying there is no mold. he charged us $150 for him to tell us that he can't do anything! Absolutely disappointed in the service and how much they charged for him to come out. when they said they charge a flat rate, but forgot to mention that we were getting charged for him to take pictures and not fix a thing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am so disappointed.

Came out to fix under my sink. Replaced two fittings in less than ten minutes, didn't check anything else. Sink is still leaking. Charged me $211 and kept telling me the whole time my house needs replumbed and it would be thousands. When I told him I wasn't interested in doing that right now, he didn't take anything else I said seriously. Everything from there is, ""well if I have to do this I'm charging this much more."" Horrible service. I feel like I've been scammed out of $200. As a single income parent, that's food for a month. Problem isn't even resolved.

Williams did my initial plumbing build and have been my go to for over a decade. I have had some great experiences with their plumbing AND heating professionals! They have solved problems others could not. Customer forever!

Not hired this company for plumbing purposes but I did share the highway with one of their trucks Thursday morning (08-12-21) headed East out of Billings.

The driver was extremely careless and aggressive in the roadway. I was in the left lane with cruise control set exactly at the limit and passing tractor trailers. This truck came barreling up behind me and was on my rear end close enough I couldn't see much of his grill on my rearview. I could see the wanna be nascar stud lifting his hand to check the speedometer and cursing at me through his windshield.

Going though curves, he didn't let up. After passing the 3 tractors and getting over to the right, he was flying by me and didn't even wait for me to change lanes before he passed my rig. Barely missing my mirror, on he went.

I watched him do the same to every other vehicle ahead of us in the left lane for miles. I had the vantage point to see this due to the many valleys and turns - affording me a clear view way ahead.

If this is what Williams Plumbing has to offer, I will pass. Every other person on the highway was put to great risk due to one DB driver.
