David Rodriquez came to the rescue once again. Our AC was out with houseguests arriving. David identified the problem very quickly and we had AC the day my guests arrived. He is the best and never leaves a problem unsolved. Not only being a skilled technician David is very cordial and friendly. My pup loves him!

Can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Williams Plumbing and Heating. They sent a wonderful tech,
J J and his apprentice John, who we were able to track and know exactly when they would arrive.
J J was an all star. His communication skills were excellent and he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He had a particular strong point of explaining things in a way that we could understand.
He made sure to test the system multiple times before wrapping up. He definitely exceeded our expectations and John, his sidekick, was also very helpful.

My water heater stopped working, and my sinks stopped holding water. Unrelated problems. I I really appreciated the worker, Micah. He got right to work. Was very knowledgeable and efficient. He ran into a couple glitches, but stuck to it. When he left later than he expected, all the work was completed and he was still smiling. Thank you Micah!

In the past I used to use Williams, considering them a ""local"" company. I will never use them again. They charged $600/hour, or 1000% markup on the part, depending how you want to look at it.

Chester at Williams Plumbing and Heating has 22 years of HVAC experience. I bought a new furnace from another company, but it was installed incorrectly. Also, they wanted $2000 for unnecessary ductwork to fix their mistake. I called Williams Plumbing, and Chester came out to my home the same day. He fixed the problems in just two hours, tested the system, and saved me from having to install the unnecessary ductwork. I'm beyond grateful!

Doug H came out and solved our mystery problem on our furnace motor fan! We had another company come out before Williams and they could not solve it. Doug is a great problem solver, carefully thinks through how the system is working, he was patient, he checked things as he went, rechecked them again and kept at it until he finally solved the problem. He was careful with equipment and mindful of our house. He went above and beyond! Thanks Doug!

Our heating system finally had enough of -20 temperatures and blew up at 4:30 AM today, flooding our basement with an interesting geyser of hot water and pipe scum. Given the fact that we've had extreme cold for the past week or so, we expected to have a long wait for anyone to come out.

Shockingly, at about 8 AM we got a return call from Williams and their plumber, Kade, was at our door shortly thereafter.

To say that we are thrilled with both Williams and Kade is the understatement of 2024. We're still in the process of having the boiler/pipes/damage repaired, but Kade and Williams are lifesavers.

Not only did Kade show up way earlier than we would have ever expected, he quickly started working on fixing the issues and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

What more can you ask for in an emergency?

Williams came out so assess our heating system. They came quickly, however they certainly charged for that!

The serviceman said we need a new boiler and gave us a quote for $13k. That quote had no breakup, just one number. When I asked for a detailed quote... heard nothing. Seriously dodgy.

The worst! Charged to tell us that what our contractor said we needed was wrong, saying we needed insulation and not a plumbing fix. Completely inadequate, incompetent. Lost our key. We have worked with them in residential and commercial and it has never gone well.
