Rick was great. I had some toilet leaks in ALL my toilets. Rick came out and accessed each issue. I was already in the mind set to replace all my toilets. However, he told me that was not necessary. He recommended that the valves be replaced and that the screws in the toilet tank were worn and required replacement. I may also that the two of the tanks were not properly tighten when they were originally installed. This saved me a lot of money in replacing all of my toilets. Rick and his son were professional, courteous, and explained all my questions. In conversation, you can tell he cares about his clients. I would definitely recommend Rick for your plumbing needs.

We have been having some issues with the valves in our bathrooms and we were referred to this company through a friend of ours and I'm so glad that we went this route Rick was very good with communicating and good with pricing. We have had so many issues with our Home Warranty that we were just fed up and wanted to get this fixed. We have hired Rick on two separate times. One to work on our gas line for our dryer, the other to install a new garbage disposal. Rick is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Today I had the pleasure of working with Williams plumbing. My nextdoor neighbor and I had an emergency situation. My neighbor called them and they came right over. While they were working on my neighbors house I asked them if they could take a look at my house once they were done. He said absolutely. A pipe burst at my parents' house and flooded the room. My parents are elderly and, of course this had to happen on a Sunday. Following another recommendation we saw online, we chose to shut off their water for the day and wait until Monday as the business we contacted first does not operate on the weekends. Then it turned out that that business was fully booked for the week and unable to fit us in, so we reached out to Rick first thing Monday morning hoping for the best. What we received in return was a prompt personalized ""perfect 10"" of a job! We couldn't have asked for more! Rick was excellent on the phone, provided updates while he finished another job that was scheduled before ours, arrived at our location on time, diagnosed the problem right away, went and purchased the parts that were needed and came back in the exact window that he said he would, finished the job quickly, did us an additional favor of looking at some other issue with the kitchen sink and offered advice on how to deal with it, and then left us with great peace of mind. We are super grateful and will definitely recommend Rick to others! Immediate response, super respectful, excellent communicator, reasonable pricing, job well done.
