Big mistake I made picking this outfit to tackle my water tank changeover!
Sloppy, shoddy, inattentive, the owner/operator messed up the install so much that we spent three days without hot water, my son ended up having to assist to save us from more delays, the space was a mess, the set-up ( we changed from tank to on-demand) aphazard.
But the real kicker was the man forgot to mention that the unit would have regular overflow and just proceeded to divert it directly on the floor in a way that we didn't discover the massive blunder till weeks later ( as the water was seeping through the wall into the nearby finished room)
Mr Williams, when confronted, dubbed this ' an honest mistake' and while he offered to install a pump to take care of the problem I felt I was better off having it handled by somebody else!
I politely asked just for the amount of money needed to correct the install ( not any other damages incurred) and upon refusal threatened of a Small Court claim.
I decided that I didn't have enough time to waste on that but I should at least try to warn potential victims away from Mr Williams inadequate 'practices'.
