They charged me for 2 hours of labor while the plumber went to go get a part when the website cartridge where he could have just went to Lowe's or the plumbing store and then they charged me for him sitting in the truck waiting for the water department to turn off another water because he was too afraid to break it because he didn't have the right tools I will never use them again and I will definitely tell all my clients not to use them

The guy did the job, and did good work. Would not recommend however. The plumber said he needed to run and get a wax ring and was gone for an hour and a half (I live within 2 miles of Lowes). He then sat in his truck another half hour to smoke then charged us for the 2 hours.

This is our new favorite heating place. Our heater went out and Brandon N was fantastic. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes, got the part, came back and installed it all in the same hour. Super inexpensive and really professional. Love these guys! Highly recommend, we live in the east mountains and we will not go anywhere else!

Look no further! They are the best in the business! Unlimited Plumbing took care of all my plumbing needs. They installed my beautiful new shower system. It's like a human car wash. They put in all my requests, including a Delta 11 inch overhead raincan, the rest are all Moen fixtures, an upper shower head, a slide bar with detachable shower wand, 3 adjustable body sprays with pulsating or gentle spray settings for the right and left lower back and upper center back hitting right between the shoulder blades. The system includes 4 individual controls which can be set singularly, or any combination of a few or used all together! They installed a recirculating pump, providing instant warm water, no longer are we waiting minutes for shower and sink water to waste away waiting for it to warm. They also installed a brand new freestanding tub which involved bringing my tub through a window because I knew the door width was to small and it required relocating the brand new tub filler to make my tub filler a showpiece rather than hidden behind my bathroom door, the filler also has an attached wand for body wash or great for cleaning the tub. Unlimited Plumbing also installed three new Moen bathroom faucets which match my Moen tub filler and wand. They installed a 24 inch grab bar in the shower and an 18 inch grab bar next to the tub, which included reinforcing the wall. Next install included the removal of 3 old toilets and they replaced them with 3 new Kohler comfort height toilets, one is a 17 1/2 inch power flush for my grand children's Jack and Jill bathroom. The other 2 toilets are comfort height 19 inch toilets, which we should have installed years ago! They are so much better for the back and knees! Robert and Freddie led the crew of professional plumbers for the shower along with many other professionals who helped in different areas. They are all very pleasant to work with. The office staff is wonderful and was so accommodating to schedule the work. Donna was my gem! I must say she is awesome at her job. She coordinated all of the install along with great help from Co-worker Ramon. Unlimited Plumbing's advertising is all "" word of mouth"" other than seeing their trucks and vans seen all around town. They have a loyal customer base. Way to go Charles, who owns and runs Unlimited Plumbing, you and your staff are wonderful!

My realtor referred UP to me, after I was presented with a list of minor repairs, but needing a licensed contractor. Other companies were not interested in a small job and getting it done fast was the issue. Great coordination and communication by Donna in the office and Craig, the plumber, made small miracles happen for me. Too bad I found this company after moving out of town. I can highly recommend them with the experience I had.

Great company to work with! I used to work very closely with the entire staff at Unlimited before I moved out of state! Their receptionist Donna, is amazing and will go to great lengths for you as she has done for me. I highly recommend this company! I included a before and after picture of a boiler they just did.

Buyer beware!!! Hired Petroglyph Plumbing to clean my tankless water heater and was quoted $155. When they completed the job I was billed $575 despite nothing major wrong with the unit. The company has very dishonest billing practices that they do not explain to you until the job is over. The owner Curtis is nonresponsive to the dishonest billing practices. It appears that the company takes longer than necessary to complete the jobs so they can bill for additional labor hours. I do not recommend hiring this company.

Melvin came out and said this was a big job
I had already spent an hour digging a 3 foot deep hole.
I found the pipe. He said he would make a hole 5 times bigger and that he would need heavy equipment. He said it was a big job and gave an estimate of 2000 dollars.
The leak was in the driveway of my moms house. She is 75 years old.
He made it seem like he would have to dig half the driveway out.
He even painted an area for digging to be 300 square feet.
I was not sure of this guy so I took a day off work and waited for their crew to come with their backhoe.
One guy showed up with a shovel and spent half hour digging a little more to find the leak.
I asked him where is the backhoe and he said he would not need it.
As soon as I saw the leak I realized that Melvin was a crook. His man spent a half hour finding the leak and would have spent another 1 hour maybe fixing it. I sent the guy home and called TLC.
He wanted to charge a 75 year old woman 2000 dollars for 2 hours of work.
He is a crook don't ever trust him.
TLC wanted 500 for the work.
I eventually went to JLC who did the work for 167.50
Melvin did return the 700 dollar check in the mail.
And it took less than 30 minutes to complete the work.
I hope he learns not to treat people so dishonestly.

Are plumbers suppose to unhook your gas pipe from the water heater if it isn't upgrade up to code with the city with Remove flex from t&p line, add quake straps, add expansion tank, and
drip leg. These are necessary repairs to bring water heater up to
city/state code.??? was going to charge me $1000.00
Abel Plumbing and Heating Co. LLC
Will I had to call a Plumbing co. to try to turn on an apt. water heater that turned off. They had turned it on but notice it wasn't up to code with the earthquake straps. I was very upset with the price the plumber quoted me on to upgrade. Supplies aren't even more than $100.00 to purchase. When I said I could not afford the cost at this time. he turned off the water heater gas as well as unhooking the connecting pipe. Very disappointed with this service. I felt like they were bullying in to go with the cost of the upgrade where I could not afford. I would understand if it was replacing the water heater with the upgrade to code at somewhat that price. But not for the supplies required for the upgrade. Turning off the gas and unhooking the pipe was a little extreme. !! Beware of this Plumbing and Heating Co. They are a ripoff!!!
