Our water company was doing some pipe repairs on my street when they turned the water back on, my toilet made a terrible noise. I assumed it was air in the pipes but the noise persisted and I called Matt Williams Plumbing. He was at my house right away and quickly assessed the problem. He had the parts with him to make the repairs and my problem was solved! Apparently debris from the pipe repairs had jammed up a part of my flushing mechanism. I could not be more pleased with his response and his excellent service!

Matt was professional, on time, neat and had the right equipment to get the job done promptly. Definitely will use him again in the future.

Matt was a life saver on Easter Sunday morning. We had to shut off all the water in the house because the faucet in the laundry was leaking. He came right over and replaced the faucet and we were up and running in no time. He was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

Matt is awesome with great service. I have recommended him to several people with great results!!!

A few years ago I had a leaky shower head. The first one plumber I had was unable to repair it. Matt was responsive, came out right away, and had it fixed.
This weekend I had leaky faucet in my other tub. I tried Matt first, he was out of town. The other plumber I called came on a Sunday, and was not able to fix it. (No charge, at least!). Matt came out as soon as he was back in town, and had it quickly fixed.
Matt will be my only plumber from now on!

Matt has taken care of quite a few plumbing issues for us and we're always very happy with his work. He's fixed a leaking spigot in our backyard, removed and replaced a toilet (for new tile install), installed a new bathroom sink & faucet, new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. He does a great job and the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend :)

I called Matt after my regular plumber was injured and unavailable. I needed a toilet reset and had two slow drains. Matt was on time, worked fast, and was very reasonable. I recommend him.

I called Matt one morning and relayed the symptons that my hot water heater was having. I suspected the thermostat was going, he got the brand from me and said a thermostat would be $300, a whole new heater $1100 installed. I chose to have a new one installed. He got over here a couple hours later and installed the new heater in about 3 hours, really good job. It was funny as he was leaving because he asked , do you have a tap open ? I said no, he said , oh the unit must still be filling up.
That night my shower was kind of luke warm. I warned my wife that in the morning if her shower was luke warm to call Matt. I went to work and called my wife at 9AM and got terrible news. ""Matt is here , he needs to talk to you"". He got on and said ""I think you have a leak under your concrete floor, that is why I though I heard water yesterday when I left and asked if a tap was open"".
Devastating - how the heck does a pipe encased in concrete break? Why did I buy a new heater? He did say that I may have had simultaneous problems - broke pipe and bad thermostat - maybe but once you've got sunk costs you can't dwell on it.
Matt said the leak would have to be located - I envisioned a trench along my floor until they found it. He also said he didn't that type of repair but he reccomended a plumber for me to call.
OK so why does Matt get 5 stars, given the totality of my problem:
1) Very prompt service
2) Excellent workmanship and competence
3) Very friendly and customer focused
4) Came out immediately on the second day when he was being told that his installed hot water heater wasn't working
5) $1100 for a Bradford - White hot water heater seems like a pretty fair price
OK - whose fault was it if I bought a hot water heater that may not have been the source of the problem?
MINE , based on the followig:
1) Wife had noticed that a portion of our floor in the hall felt hot compared to the surrounding tiles, the cat had taken to napping there. Wife asked ""could that be a broken pipe? Me in all my hubris ""no of course not , pipes can't break in concrete""
2) Wife had noticed weird sounds from the air return in the hall way (one foot from the hot spot ) This turned out to be where the plumbing manifold went into the concrete and helped the tech find the leak
3) I did not relay all these symptons to Matt on the phone - I just said that our water had been extemely hot , I had turned it down, and now it would just get luke warm no matter where I put the thermostat.
4) I made the decision to order the hot water heater over the phone vs Matt coming out and looking at ALL the symptons we were having as relayed in 1 and 2.
More to follow on the company that fixed the leak

You couldn't ask for a better business owner. Matt had excellent communication and follow up skills. He arrived same day for small job that I had. His analysis and prices, were fantastic. I had an estimate from a competitor (begins with ""B"" & sponsor a soccer team) that was 2.5 times higher than what Matt bid.
His work was excellent and I will call upon him again to change out my kitchen sink. You could call someone else, but why punish yourself. :)

On time, Quick to respond, professional and friendly.
I was on my way early morn to the hardware store because a pipe burst, seen a bumper sticker with Matt Williams Plumbing and number and decided to give them a try. Called from my mobile, stopped and a fast food restaurant for big breakfast and pulled up at my house and Matt Williams was already there.
