I had to go to my bank and put a stop payment to keep this company from continuing to dock my account. I called months ago and was assured that the charges would stop. They did not. The owner has not returned my calls.

BECAREFUL! These people are crooks. Head tech manager-ROGER came to my home. Outside air unit was not turning on. 2 min, he identify lose wire, he twisted the wire that was lose and put the cap back on.. $89 for trip charge and $69 for "wire repair".. $69 dollar to twist a wire and put the cap back on. Before the office dispatcher - Monica, told me that trip charge was $89 and any repair would go into that $89.. not so. What they tell you before the call and after the call is 2 different things. He tried to upsell me a new unit for $6.5K and a maintenance plan.. DO yourself a favor... do NOT use these people. $158 total for crook tech to twist a wire. I called around, most companies would only charge the trip charge for such simple work. They wont!

Beware - tech came out for our bi-annual A/C/heat checkup. We were told we had high carbon monoxide readings and needed two entire new units that would run over 18k. The guy shut our units down upon leaving.

The next day we had two unaffiliated licensed techs come give second and third opinions and they found no problems at all!!! We almost got scammed. Cancelling service.

These guys ARE about as good as it gets. I manage a portfolio of single family rentals in the DFW metro, one end to the other and recently signed on with Williams Home Maintenance to do our HVAC and plumbing repairs. Within a week I had almost zero open work orders, they answer the phone every time you call, and they are great with my tenants. Pricing has been very competitive as well, plus my tenants have had nothing but good things to say about their experiences with the techs. A+ for these guys!

hired an a/c tech to evaluate my condenser that had stopped running. paid 89.00 and was told it was the control board. had to wait until the end of the day for this guy to arrive. he also removed the sound dampening cover from the compresser and threw it to the side i guess for me to take of. his claim was that it was rotted, but did not offer to put a new one on telling me it was quiet enough. 2 hours after the repair was done my condenser stopped working again. called back and spoke with a woman who was not very pleasant, i had dealt with her before and this appears to be her professionalism. she told me she would have the tech call me, not sure why, to discuss the problem. i told him the situation. he told me he couldnt do anything for me and that it would need to be fixed tommorow. i told him i was unhappy with that offer and of the work he did, which he apparently didnt like and decided to get loud and argue my opinion. i terminated the phone call and called the main number to speak with mrs unpleasant. i expressed my unhappiness with service and felt the technician was incompetent and unprofessional. she proceeded to get loud and argue with me, seems to be how this company operates. i recieved a phone call this morning from the owner and from the start i can see why i was dealing with such moronic unprofessionals. he had no intention on keeping me as a customer with his defense of his employees. he continued to talk over me after wanting my side of the story, which did nothing to change his tone. he stated he was sending anyone to fix my problem and then hung up the phone. i had been using this company for 10 years for various issues however long time customers dont seem to matter to this owner and business. im happy to oblige. to top everything off, i had a new a/c company come out today, been in business for 30 years, numerous 5 star ratings. there evaluation informed me that the parts that i was told were replaced by the williams tech, were in fact not. very disturbing to find that out, and will be reported. do not use this company for any reason, they are a scam, rude, and unprofessional. there are so many a/c companies around, dont waste your time with these hacks.

Complete scam! Long story short, the technician quoted me about $8,000 to fix 1 of 3 units in my home. When my husband called him the day after to have him explain to HIM all the charges, the tech said we " only" really needed about $400 worth of repairs. I would Never call or recommend this company.

Our landlord/leasing company hired these guys to fix an HVAC issue we were having. The same tech visited us twice (once for diagnostic, again for the repair) in the span of about a week. I was extremely unimpressed with him on the first visit, but the biggest complaint stems from their actual repair.

The day of the repair, the aforementioned tech arrived 30 minutes after their 4 hour window (I missed a half day of work), and proceeded to sit in his truck for 15 minutes, blasting the radio, feet up in the open window of the truck, hocking loogies into my front yard. I live in a quiet subdivision, and I was embarassed for his behavior.

After fixing the issue in our attic, the tech and another employee quickly finished, closed the attic, had me sign for it, and took off. They never tested the fix, didn't clean up any of their mess (they used one of our empty storage bins as the dumping spot for their wetvac), and there was little concern for tools and items we had left in the attic from our attempted patch job.

The HVAC issue is solved for now, but I wouldn't welcome this company into our home again if it's up to me.

The service seems fine ... but try to discontinue the automatic charges for your home maintenance. I've experienced more friendly people at the driver's license renewal.

Aunt ended up in the hospital with a stroke and we had to move her. Williams Home Maintenance is insisting on charging her for 60 more days of service because "that is what the contract says". Told me it takes 60 days to stop the contract. Are you kidding me?!!!??!! You are going to gouge people out of another $80 ($40 for 2 months) even though they aren't in the home anymore. Way to go, Williams Home Maintenance.

do not use this company!! 5 years ago we bought an expensive new air conditioning unit from them and were told it had a 10 year warranty. for the past 5 years we've paid a monthly maintenance fee but now the unit is leaking and not cooling but they want to charge an $89 service fee just to come out and look at it. when i told her we don't have the $89, but that we paid a monthly fee for years, i was told there was nothing they could do. they are obviously not interested in customer service or satisfaction.
