The person I texted to book the appt with was so polite/friendly and made that portion a breeze! That's always a big deal to have a pleasant first impression. William Jr. came on time and also communicated earlier in the day to confirm. He too was extremely polite, clean-cut and proficient in his work. It was very easy to work with him. I do wish he'd worked just a bit quicker though. Those hours quickly added up. Obviously proper work requires it's due time, but a bit quicker would've been cool. Despite this, I plan to use this company again when I'm in need of handiwork. This is the best handyman business I've used!
