Set up an appointment on Wednesday for 5 PM, unfortunately Don never showed and I was unable to leave a voicemail because his mailbox was full and have yet to talk to him two days later so I had to go with someone else. he seemed like a really nice man but unfortunately he didn't come through like he said he would. I would not advise using this service

Showed up on time, did a good job, was efficient and reasonable on price. I would hire again. They have worked at our house 4 or 5 times and did a good job both inside and outside with roots in our pipes.

These reviews are a joke. I tried to leave info on his sight about why l would not use this business and it would not take my review because I hit the ""would not use Don William Plumbing"" button on the site. He started my job then left me hanging for weeks while he used his men somewhere else. He lost the key to my house. His employees left cigarette butts, bottles and cans all over my yard and house. He brought in a bath tub when l specifically asked for a shower only. He said he would give me everything in writing before starting on the work, but l never got anything in writing until l got the bill. He didn't get a permit for the work until l checked with planning and zoning and found out he had never gotten one. I have no idea how he has stayed in business.

Don Williams replaced our main sewer clay pipe with PVC pipe only 6 months ago. He decided to leave 5 feet of clay pipe to make his job more convenient on him. Now we are back to the exact same problem!! Our main sewer pipe is blocked with tree roots- where he left the clay pipe. We have called him every day with no callback or follow up.

They are very misleading with their pricing. I called to get pricing, was quoted a certain price and then charged more. They also didn't show up or call on the first appointment. I will definitely never use them again.!
