Tim L.I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out. I was impressed with text notifications and the communications. However I was not impressed with trying to be sold a whole new unit. I was not impressed with the diagnosis of a valve that didn't even exist. Decided to get a second opinion and was grateful that I did. After replacing a capacitor and about 6 oz of freon was back up and running in about 20 minutes where I would have been still waiting for the Williams estimate team to come out and estimate a whole new unit. Felt like we were taken advantage of. Not wanting to do the work for a repair and just selling new equipment. Now I can see why there is only a two star rating. Do better Williams.

Kimberly U.If you want you heating and air looked at. Yes they are awesome. However, I had my ducts cleaned. They sent two teenagers out. It took then from 8:30 - 3:00 pm and they said they would clean up the mess and they didn't clean up anything. Plus everything they moved I had to put back. They are very unprofessional.
Scott R.So the saga began about 4 years ago when i was sold a 5 ton Heat Pump unit for a house that needs 3-3.5 (spent 15K on AC and furnace) . The install guys tested the unit and new the numbers were bad . Next, I was told I needed to re-duct the house for the bargain price of 17K or my warranty is voided. So , no surprise needed a new fan motor and other things & was quoted 6+K in potential repairs! DO NOT USE they only care about big accounts not residential. Not very ethical or client focused IMO
Condensation leading to black mold.
I had my warranty in metal holder which disappeared after service call.
Williams refused to provide my ten year warranty.
At year seven, my maid noticed the black mold. Williams offered to tape it up.
I had to pay a restoration company $20K to rid of the extensive black mold.
I had to pay another HVAC company a very large amount of money also to remove the FURNACE and to replace it later losing hours off work and much in pat.
I was treated like a second-class citizen by Williams who refused to help me at all in this crisis. All the other technician companies vowed they would never work for such an unethical company.
Williams Comfort Air is not the company they advertised at all. Far from it! Avoid them if at all possible.
Last year I spent over $15,000 for a new Heating and A/C unit for my home. In addition, I also purchase a maintenance program. Since this was a new system, I wasn't sure if the system I purchased had any tax advantages as far as a tax credit for my 2023 taxes. I called the gentleman that handle my installation but received his voice mail. I explained what I needed to know in my message.
One would think based on spending the kind of money I did on a new system and having a maintenance package I would have received a return call or even a message. Nope. Take the money and run. Not the way to build customer loyalty.
They did drain lines, only to find out many years later that they don't drain level to street, thus getting sewer smell backup into home! Then they didn't honor to look at this recently, and I cancelled service contract early Nov, and now they are billing me for said contract. Need to get your records straight! I paid you a lot of money and I get shoddy work! I think you should come back and make it right! I will be filing yet another complaint with AG!
We recently had Williams Comfort Air out for an issue with our furnace. Austin arrived early and took care of it very promptly. He was very transparent about options and pricing and didn't charge us for every little thing he checked and cleaned. We were so happy with their service we purchased a preventative maintenance service as well. I would definitely recommend them.
Just called to renew my ANNUAL Maintenance Agreement, where you pay conveniently, once / year and get 2 system checks for the one price.
Not any more. Now you pay monthly + $53 service fee at each checkup. An extra $106/year on top of 12 months at $18/month. NO option to pay for a year at a time. Explanation was kinda odd, sounded like it was easier for Williams or customers ""forget"" to renew their plans.
If I miss understood, hopefully they will explain.
