Williams Comfort Air - Heating Cooling Plumbing Electrical

Had a new furnace and humidifier installed on 1/24. 30 day ""Peace of Mind"" visit never happened. On 3/7, I called because furnace was blowing cold air, making noise and spewing water from an open pipe onto electrical outlet. Tech said control panel was broken in places (which we assume was known to the original installers and disregarded) and pipe slopes were not proper. Required part would not be available for months, so we discussed replacing with a new furnace. Have not heard from anyone since. Heat is working but company won't return our calls. New humidifier has been unplugged since 3/7. Both my husband and I have called to request to speak with a manager about this situation and no response. Not sure what's going on with this Williams Comfort Air location but their customer service has been nonexistent. We are certainly regretting our decision to sign a one year ""service"" contract and buy from them.

So my A/C unit is over 35 years old. I had Rick's heating and air out to fix the unit and they did good and got it up and running but they let us know the motor was going out... My family and I have been financially strapped for cash due to the water softner pipe busting and then the water heater gas valve going out. So I started looking for some help. The state has help but it isn't on fixing the A/C, it is on paying the bills. This didn't help us. Then my cicoa rep told me about Williams comfort air having a program to help families who are in need. I contacted them online and then called them the next day... Mark Little called me back and they were able to help... I consider this a blessing. I am disabled and so is my Aunt so these high temps are not good for our health. So I am very grateful Williams Comfort was able to come through and help our family...
