Good luck with this company. I'm not sure what others are talking about when it comes to service received from this company. They have every excuse in the book when it comes to providing an estimate. You may want to question where the """"Good"""" reviews come from.

As far as the end result, I have water throughout my house. I recently needed my entire home re-piped. The crew was very friendly. I enjoyed their presents. However, if you use these people for large jobs I highly recommend you get an actual contract with a start and completion time. Also lock in the price. I was charged $400 more than the written estimate. I was told I needed a special air tank for my hot water heater. Cost to install was $288. The tank itself only cost $39. I am in the wrong business. Plumbing is one hell of a mark-up. But then again I don't have it in me the cheat my customers. Good luck to you with all your plumbing needs.

On Saturday April the 6th I discovered a busted pipe and had to cut my water off. I called Williams and Son that was on Home Advisors and asked them if they could come out. They showed up right after I texted them that it was getting late and probably too dark to repair that time of night. They fixed the first pipe and when they turned the water on discovered there were two additional leaks. They wanted $25 more dollars to fix the two additional leaks bringing the total to $275. He said he stands behind his work and would guarantee his work for two years. He said wait 30 minutes and turn back on. On Sunday morning we turned the water on to discover the two leaks were still leaking. I texted them letting them know the two leaks were not fixed and we still did not have water and didn't get a response. I called them Monday evening asking them when would they be back. He stated he was very busy and would try to get back Thursday and also said it is probably two different leaks instead of the leaks they fixed. I texted him on the 10th and stated I had paid him $275 and still did not have water and how would he feel if this was his family? He said he was coming at lunch time on Thursday at lunch time. They finally showed up at 7:30 at night and stated these were not the leaks they had fixed. I pointed to the new part they put on that was still leaking. I also said I just paid them for that, (the new part)so how could it be a different leak? He said he wasn't arguing with me and do what I had to do because he wasn't fixing and got in his truck and left. If they take your money and don't fix your problem and you have to beg them to come back out and they still lie and will not fix the issue, that tells you what type person you are dealing with. Will never hire again.

I had a pipe burst on a Sunday night and looked for a plumber that I would call in the morning since it was late and I was able to shut off the water. I found them through Angie's list and received a call very early in the morning from them saying they could have someone out there same day. When I called him back he said he would have them out there after lunch and they were there. They crawled under the house and assessed the damage quickly and gave me an estimate on the spot to replace about 6 feet of piping. They were done in about an hour, and even checked my hot water heater for pressure related issues. They didn't try to up sell me, just gave me the invoice for what they quoted. They did recommend some additional work that may help prevent issues going forward but nothing pushy. I have had several plumbing companies out, some big name ones, and I'd honestly say that Williams and Sons were the most forthright and honest company I have worked with and reasonably priced. They are locally owned as well. Great job and will recommend.
