This guy will flake on you...even knowing you have taken off from work to have work done and knowing you have inspection scheduled for the next day...our work had been scheduled a week in advance but took a back seat on the day of.
Work was scheduled at 9 am...at 11, he texted to say they would wrap up and be over as soon as possible... 3 hours later (after receiving no further update) I inquired as to if they were coming or not... no response...what an ASS!

We called William on a Sunday AM for a fast leak under a sink and he came over within 2 hours. He was able to quickly stop the leak and made the necessary repairs with the parts he had on his truck. We are very impressed with the quality of his work and follow up.

I had a wall pipe clog which was beyond my novice skills for fixing. We have had great experiences with Mr. Thomas aka Bill the plumber! He was courteous, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. We hired him to fix 2 bathroom toilets in both of our homes, and shower head. He arrived in a timely manner, assessed the problems, ordered the parts from Kohler, then fixed the toilets as soon as they arrived. He even adjusted the toilet pump to be water efficient to save on our water bill! This is our second time using Mr. Thomas' plumbing services and we strongly recommend him for any plumbing issues you have!

First thing first Bill here is an amazing man and gets the job done! It was Christmas eve a couple of days ago me and my girlfriend were cleaning up our house for Christmas day festivities with family and friends. Just so happens our pipe in the bathroom suddenly exploded sending water gushing everywhere (A scene out of the movies). We both panic! Running around like chickens with our heads cut off! We're both trying to find a way to make the water stop. I finally find the main water valve (about 20 mins later) by then the bathroom is flooded and water is everywhere. We called plumbers none of whom could make the call.(Christmas eve) We flag down Bill here because he stays several houses down from us. We caught him just as he's leaving for Christmas eve dinner with his family. He puts his plans on hold and comes to our house and temporarily fixes it. Tells us he'll be back in a couple of days. He made good on his promise came back fixed everything like he said. Fast and efficient! Great pricing as well! This man works miracles! He's a miracle man! THIS IS MR. GO TO! We are a small sized restaurant who have been greatly helped by Mr. Thomas. We have worked with Mr. Thomas on 3 different occasions.

1st Time using William Thomas Plumbing; We had an emergency stoppage due to a major clog from the use of metal fiber sponges in the main line. Busy Saturday night of conducting business when we realize that the plumbing is starting to back up. We instantly go online to look up plumbers in the area. The majority of the plumbers that answered where trying to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a jetter service and we would have to wait until the next day in order for them to come. Luckily we found William Thomas Plumbing, I spoke with Mr. Thomas and he was there within the hour! Not only did he come over ASAP, his charge for the same ""emergency"" service was his standard rate! Mr. Thomas did not use our unfortunate situation in order to over charge us for essentially the same service. Mr. Thomas did a great job, works very cleanly and quickly.

2nd Time using William Thomas Plumbing; Our mop sink became clogged with blackish color water. Having used William Thomas Plumbing prior to this we booked him to fix our issue. Mr. Thomas needed to break concrete to replace broken pipe that was underneath concrete. Mr. Thomas worked around our business hours, working through the night while leaving the place clean, covered and ready for us to be able to work throughout the day. We did not have to close! Mr. Thomas fixed our mop sink problem and sealed up the floor all the while charging us a reasonable rate.

3rd TIme using William Thomas Plumbing; We referred William Thomas Plumbing to our sister company La Fiesta Meat Market. They had a problem with the sink drain in the bakery. Mr. Thomas was quickly able to figure out that there was something majorly wrong in the way the plumbing system was built. The original plumbers who built the plumbing system installed a T-fitting in the opposite manner than should have. Mr. Thomas fixed the problem and installed cut outs so that if ever be we could snake through there as opposed to removing the sink.

Luckily for us we have found William Thomas Plumbing. We have used their services in case of emergency and did not have to pay emergency pricing. If you have any plumbing issues I suggest using William Thomas Plumbing services, especially if you are a business as other plumbers often over charge businesses for similar work just because we are a business!

I strongly recommend Bill for your plumbing projects. When you call Bill, you can be assured of the following - Realistic service window, honest pricing without unnecessary up-selling, and a check-in the next day to see if things are working properly. I got into a project (faucet replacement) that went a bit beyond my comfort zone. It resulted in having to shut the water off to my house until it was resolved. This was on a Sunday. Bill went out of his way to get to me ASAP so I could restore water to my home. Additionally, I thought the problem was bigger, but Bill didn't try to sell me stuff and services I didn't need.
