We are a small sized restaurant who have been greatly helped by Mr. Thomas. We have worked with Mr. Thomas on 3 different occasions.

1st Time using William Thomas Plumbing; We had an emergency stoppage due to a major clog from the use of metal fiber sponges in the main line. Busy Saturday night of conducting business when we realize that the plumbing is starting to back up. We instantly go online to look up plumbers in the area. The majority of the plumbers that answered where trying to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a jetter service and we would have to wait until the next day in order for them to come. Luckily we found William Thomas Plumbing, I spoke with Mr. Thomas and he was there within the hour! Not only did he come over ASAP, his charge for the same ""emergency"" service was his standard rate! Mr. Thomas did not use our unfortunate situation in order to over charge us for essentially the same service. Mr. Thomas did a great job, works very cleanly and quickly.

2nd Time using William Thomas Plumbing; Our mop sink became clogged with blackish color water. Having used William Thomas Plumbing prior to this we booked him to fix our issue. Mr. Thomas needed to break concrete to replace broken pipe that was underneath concrete. Mr. Thomas worked around our business hours, working through the night while leaving the place clean, covered and ready for us to be able to work throughout the day. We did not have to close! Mr. Thomas fixed our mop sink problem and sealed up the floor all the while charging us a reasonable rate.

3rd TIme using William Thomas Plumbing; We referred William Thomas Plumbing to our sister company La Fiesta Meat Market. They had a problem with the sink drain in the bakery. Mr. Thomas was quickly able to figure out that there was something majorly wrong in the way the plumbing system was built. The original plumbers who built the plumbing system installed a T-fitting in the opposite manner than should have. Mr. Thomas fixed the problem and installed cut outs so that if ever be we could snake through there as opposed to removing the sink.

Luckily for us we have found William Thomas Plumbing. We have used their services in case of emergency and did not have to pay emergency pricing. If you have any plumbing issues I suggest using William Thomas Plumbing services, especially if you are a business as other plumbers often over charge businesses for similar work just because we are a business!

I strongly recommend Bill for your plumbing projects. When you call Bill, you can be assured of the following - Realistic service window, honest pricing without unnecessary up-selling, and a check-in the next day to see if things are working properly. I got into a project (faucet replacement) that went a bit beyond my comfort zone. It resulted in having to shut the water off to my house until it was resolved. This was on a Sunday. Bill went out of his way to get to me ASAP so I could restore water to my home. Additionally, I thought the problem was bigger, but Bill didn't try to sell me stuff and services I didn't need.

Bill is a hard working, slow, diligent, plumber. We had some problems with our plumbing with a clog in our main line and he responded immediately. He worked long hours and fixed the problem. He was also friendly and clean while working in the house! He also explained why we were having problems and gave us ideas/solutions for how to prevent further complications and problems.

Had water leaking in the bathroom wall about to burst. Bill was able to resolve the issue in no time. Which saved me time and money, had it worsened. Great residential and commercial plumber. He is extremely experienced and professional. If you are in need of a plumbing, hydro-jet issue or restaurant issue, he is the go to guy! Definitely pleased. I don't trust anyone else with the plumbing at our house.

I Have used bill several times within the last couple of years. I can honestly say as long as he is around I won't be calling anyone else. Every time my wife and I call and he doesn't get a chance to answer he always calls up as soon as he can. We've called bill on a Sunday afternoon, Saturday and even on fathers day and he was always at our service. I honestly cant say enough about him. Very knowledgeable on his job. From back-ups to special shower fittings. He has even went out of his way one time to head to another city that had an old fixture we needed and brought it to us the following morning. His prices are EXCELLENT (a lot less than what you will pay for on big chain company's) and you honestly don't have to deal with appointments or paying for one for that matter. I have referred him to several other people and I will Recommend him to ANYONE that's in a squeeze and needs a good plumber! The guy even calls you a few days later to see if everything is working as it should. thing is he is a Veteran owned small business so it doesn't take much for me to get behind someone like that.

He was recommended by a neighbor. Very happy with him, will definitely give him a call next time we need plumbing work instead of relying on those big name places. He was polite, went beyond expectations, charged fairly, and even came back to check something we weren't sure about (turned out the problem was not anything he did, it was electrical.) He cleaned up after he was done, even mopped the floor for us. :) He also recommended an electrician for our electrical problem, and his recommend was good, too.

William is a Godsend. He calls back promptly, even if it's late or early. He fixed our main toilet, even going to pick one out. We then had an emergency main drain clog before my daughter's 10th birthday party at our house, and he came and fixed it so the party could go on. I appreciate honesty and hard work. He represents both. I have referred him to a friend who liked his work too. We now have another date scheduled so he can replace our main drain pipe. Good guy, who does good work. Very reasonable prices too!! I highly recommend him!

I was searching near and far for a plumber to come out on a Sunday. Lots of places say that they are open 24 hours and called everywhere and bill was the only one who called me back immediately!
