This is the second time Bill has helped me out and on both occasions he did a phenomenal job! The first time was an emergency situation when a pipe burst on New Year's Eve. Bill responded right away, helped us triage the situation, and was out the next day repairing our main water line. The second time around Bill replaced all the plumbing in our 1920 home. Four days of work and only four hours without water! It was amazing. Bill also discovered the sewers line was cracked. He replaced that as well and saved us from a potential stinky mess and bug situation. He replaced the water heater and moved it from a dumpy little shed behind the house and into the garage. Fast, reasonable, and super honest. As a new homeowner, I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it feels to have found such a fantastic plumber. Thanks Bill! You're definitely one in a million!

Bill returned to my home on two additional occasions to assist me in resolving my plumbing problems. The first time he used his camera to assess the situation and learned that we had a significant breach in the clay pipe. He was able to determine that multiple cracks and massive encroachment from roots were responsible for our ongoing issues. I trusted his diagnosis and hired him to return to remove and replace the faulty pipe. He and Jason came out during the rain to help. They worked diligently to address the matter. Before I knew it, the system was back up and running, better than ever. I am very appreciative of Bill's commitment to serving his customers. He is reliable and more than fair when it comes to price. I am glad that I now know an honest, hardworking and conscientious plumber who I can call when I need help. Bill and Jason won't stop until the job is done and the customer is satisfied.

Bill was super quick to respond to my call and even came out the same afternoon. He was easy to talk to when explaining my plumbing issue over the phone, and even even attempted to do a little troubleshooting with me over the phone. Even though my issue was a simple fix, I preferred to have him come out to take a look and make sure there were no further issues, and he was there the same afternoon. Within 10 minutes of being under my house to fix a sewer leak Bill told me how much it would cost to fix the leak and how much it would cost to replace all the old cast iron drain system. He told me everything I already knew since I had been under the house and didn't once try to create some doomsday scenario, assuming I didn't know anything about plumbing. His price for the entire job was very reasonable, so we decided to do it all while he was here.

Bill and Jason not only fixed all my drain pipes but found and fixed several other leaks and problems that they came across. They were clean, polite and kept me thoroughly informed the whole way.

Bill is no doubt a hard working, honest plumber, but even better he is a good person that I would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber and doesn't want to worry about being screwed around.

This guy will flake on you...even knowing you have taken off from work to have work done and knowing you have inspection scheduled for the next day...our work had been scheduled a week in advance but took a back seat on the day of.
Work was scheduled at 9 am...at 11, he texted to say they would wrap up and be over as soon as possible... 3 hours later (after receiving no further update) I inquired as to if they were coming or not... no response...what an ASS!

We called William on a Sunday AM for a fast leak under a sink and he came over within 2 hours. He was able to quickly stop the leak and made the necessary repairs with the parts he had on his truck. We are very impressed with the quality of his work and follow up.

I had a wall pipe clog which was beyond my novice skills for fixing. After reaching out several other plumbing companies and talking to some of friends I was recommended to Bill by one of my friends for his good work and reasonable pricing. I called him, where he gave me the best quote. He drove down to Tustin even though he's based in Long Beach, fixed my clog issue and provided me with a bunch of general pipe care tips during his visit.
