I was required to put at least 1 star, but it should be a negative 2,000 stars. William the Plumber did not finish my project and left me with a MESS! I am so upset with myself for believing all his stories and paying him upfront $2,000.00. It is this type of NonProfessional that causes people to not want to pay until all the work is done. I got taken by this crook and it still bothers me. William the plumber is a very
well disguised predator.
