Their rates are fair and they always come when I need them.
They do excellent work.

Commission shop where one plumber distracts while the other goes around looking for/causing problems for them to fix. Avoid.

Do Not use this company....We had a horrible leak causing damage to ceiling below. Mahoney did show up the next morning. Mahoney's plumber poured a glass of water under the shower door and blamed it on the door. What a joke! We had the door checked and all silicone/caulking was fine. We brought in a different plumber and he examined everything. Turns out it was toilet flange and main water line. If you want a thorough job, don't use Mahoney. Plus, they were dismissive when asked to explain. The charge was $200. They get one star for showing up.

Once again, we called on WTM to help us with a plumbing issue...this time, no hot water in our showers. Bill's team was there within the hour and quickly remedied the situation. I'm baffled by the review of one star...I've yet to encounter a more responsive and capable team.

Never shows up or calls. Horrible too busy for the common man. Didn't finish the job and never returned. Avoid this company the nice guy is a scammer
