We asked to have a quote to complete some plumbing work on a custom home in Mariposa. As a licensed Architect with over 3 decades of residential experience, I was somewhat put back when my partner told me their inquiry for services was met with a ""we don't do it that way"" and ""we're not interested"" without really taking the time to ascertain the scope of work, no inquire as to the availability of scoping documents, such as drawings. this was found to be highly unprofessional and inadequate as a service provider at any level. given the company claims to have over 10 years experience, they need to work at their administrative staff training at minimum. I advise you to use another competent plumber in the area.

We recently hired William Smith plumbing for a whole house repiping to pex. They were extremely easy to work with, offered a reasonable price, and did a very professional job. Before the job, Bill did a thorough walkaround of our property and then Larry was the gentleman who carried out the job, which took place over three days. Communication with Larry was excellent. I have crawled every inch of the crawlspace to inspect the work and everything was done very professionally. I also noticed after the job that Larry had replaced a bunch of old spigots outside our home, which was a very nice touch!!

We have called upon William Smith plumbing multiple times and they have always come in a timely fashion and resolved things quickly and professionally. Needless to say, I am super happy with William Smith plumbing and whole-heartedly recommend them!

Don't even THINK about calling a different plumbing company! These are the people you want to do your work.
I have had them do jobs as small as fixing a leaking bathroom faucet, to as large as repiping my entire house as well as responding to a plumbing emergency.
They are always timely, professional, courteous and polite. Whether its Bill who comes out, or one of his employees, they do an amazing job and are SO nice. And ToyAnn is an angel. And just a side note......the two wonderful young men who came to repipe my house and take care of my emergency, couldn't say enough nice things about ""the boss and his wife"", so that really tells you something.
So, if you have a plumbing issue, call William Smith Plumbing, they respond immediately, alway return phone calls and send expert people who are extremely nice and do excellent work at reasonable rates.

Well... several serious problems were resolved in short order today when Bill came to the rescue. He was able to quickly diagnose and solve the problems easily and efficiently. I really was desperate and was dazzled by his service. Nothing was a problem for him... I was terrified to be facing serious major septic and plumbing expenses and problems and not so as I discovered. Bill's can-do attitude put me at ease as I could see the solutions at work. His excellent phone captain, ToyAnn was also super helpful and easy to work with. Even though i had to pay extra for dragging him out on a Sunday, it was well worth it - and the expense wasn't even that bad. This was a rescue for sure - i'm very grateful. Thank you Bill!

I have been trying to get a plumber for the last 2 months to install 2 new toilets. Not only do the local guys not answer their phones, they don't even call you back after you leave a message. I heard about William Smith Plumbing. I called and ToyAnn answered. Sweet, kind and professional. Made an appointment for the next week. They arrived 5 mins early. Installed my toilets and were gone in 2 hours. Fast professional work. They were also very clean.
From now on William Smith Plumbing is my go to plumber. I highly recommend them.
