I called William Sellers Plumbing because water was spewing out the wall behind the washing machine. They came out to determine what the problem was. They came and charged me $135.00 for the visit. They said the problem was my septic tank. Note that they did not take the drywall off behind the washer. They pumped the septic tank and charged me $400.00 for this service. Still the water was leaking behind the washer so the problem was not fixed. Then they said that the problem was with the leach line for the septic tank and that this would cost $4,000. I then had a different plumber come and he came and took off the drywall where the leak was. He found a broken pipe and ran a rooter through the plumbing. This solved the problem with the water leak and also the smell that had been there is now gone. I have spoken to a number of people, including plumbers, who said they should have looked at where the leak was. They also said there was no evidence of a septic tank problem.

These guys did a great job replacing my old broken fiberglass tank with a new polymer tank. Rachel, Buddy, John & Isaiah were the staff members who helped me during the course of my project. Rave for W&S Plumbing and especially Chris Inman. Seriously clogged bathtub drain. And while I tried to unclog It before he came a big piece of a plastic tool broke off inside the pipe.

Chris snaked out a ton of hair and the plastic piece.

And W&S responded to the house one hour after I called them. Thank you W&S!!!

Came up to help out my grandfather connect his sewer line to the city sewer needed septic pumped called around the city and nobody could come out for about a week but called over and spoke to April at william sellers plumbing and she was able to send someone out the next day they also help us with some clean dirt for backfill I went in there office to pay for there services at met several of the staff there office was nice and cool and they were all very friendly thanks to all of you everything went well with our septic to sewer conversion and thanks for the shirt Bill. Highly recommend this plumbing company to this community

I am a local Realtor. WS Plumbing saved us this past Saturday! We were actually supposed to leave town that morning and we were hit by system failure late Friday. My husband wouldn't have been able to perform the necessary repair to get the septic functioning for our tenants had they not saved us with the emergency pump job!

Chris was very professional and accommodating, let me know when he could be here to fix my water heater and communicated accordingly. I explained to him over the phone what was happening and even before looking at it, knew what was wrong with it....talk about being good at your job! He and Sean replaced the part promptly, all while being nice to my crazy kids on winter break! He even gave me a mini lesson on what to do if it were happen again! We felt compelled to put in the best possible review for WS plumbing. A huge thanks to Rachel and the crew who put in our septic tank request on a moment's notice and did a great job!! This is all because certain national brand canceled our pre-arranged appointment on the day of service without any advanced warning or recourse. We are so grateful that Rachel@WS worked to accommodate us in the most helpful and courteous manner and a huge complication is narrowly averted. Besides, WS charges reasonably and the service team worked hard and efficiently. Couldn't be happier because this wonderful local shop. Highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!!

Although the employees were kind and got the job done by the 3rd time (was a bit tricky), the owner is rude, and acts like he doesn't care about your service or not. I googled to get the number for the company, I clicked the first number available. Bill, the owner, answered. He seemed annoyed I was calling asking about needing a service, was short with me, and got me off the phone as quickly as possible, saying you call a different number. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because hey, we all have bad days. Fast forward a few months, and Bill, the owner, makes a comment on a public forum about a local restaurant, saying that the employees were rude. I asked why, because I hadn't been there yet, and was curious to know his experience. He commented back saying ""Don't remember asking you for your comment this was my comment."" he continues to be rude and unprofessional, even when regarding other peoples businesses. I told him I was one of his customers and was shocked at why he was speaking to me this way, and he questioned if I was a customer at all. I have the invoices from three services just this year alone, and he has now lost a loyal customer. The owner is a tool!
