I am having a great experience as a renter with this plumbing company. The workers are competent and friendly. Mike Valenzuela, the supervisor, is one of the best plumbers that I have encountered through the years. Rachel in the office is also a very friendly girl if you need to speak with the office.

If I could give negative stars to this company I definitely would. This company ""certified"" the septic tank on my home prior to me purchasing it. Two weeks after I moved in the septic tank was not working properly. This company refused to take any responsibility for the issue and lied about the testing that was done for certification. I had to have another company dig up the septic tank (It was obvious that this had not been done at all by William Sellers Plumbing!), and it was easy to see that there was no way that any reputable plumbing company would have ""certified"" the septic tank. In fact, once a test was completed it failed. So, long story short I had to pay $8000 for a new septic tank to be installed because of William Sellers Plumbing. Go with another company for your plumbing needs. One that isn't crooked, deceitful, irresponsible, and dishonest.

Horrible communication, rude and lazy employees; crazy prices for doing the bare minimum. If you call to ask a question about your bill Rachel will be ready to scream at you instead of answering your questions. Totally unhinged. Much better companies in this desert.

They connected our house to the new sewer system. William Sellers is an honest businessman that will honor a handshake like a contract.
