Chris was very professional and accommodating, let me know when he could be here to fix my water heater and communicated accordingly. I explained to him over the phone what was happening and even before looking at it, knew what was wrong with it....talk about being good at your job! He and Sean replaced the part promptly, all while being nice to my crazy kids on winter break! He even gave me a mini lesson on what to do if it were happen again! Definitely would recommend their business. Thanks Chris!

We felt compelled to put in the best possible review for WS plumbing. A huge thanks to Rachel and the crew who put in our septic tank request on a moment's notice and did a great job!! This is all because certain national brand canceled our pre-arranged appointment on the day of service without any advanced warning or recourse. We are so grateful that Rachel@WS worked to accommodate us in the most helpful and courteous manner and a huge complication is narrowly averted. Besides, WS charges reasonably and the service team worked hard and efficiently. Couldn't be happier because this wonderful local shop. Highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!!

Although the employees were kind and got the job done by the 3rd time (was a bit tricky), the owner is rude, and acts like he doesn't care about your service or not. I googled to get the number for the company, I clicked the first number available. Bill, the owner, answered. He seemed annoyed I was calling asking about needing a service, was short with me, and got me off the phone as quickly as possible, saying you call a different number. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because hey, we all have bad days. Fast forward a few months, and Bill, the owner, makes a comment on a public forum about a local restaurant, saying that the employees were rude. I asked why, because I hadn't been there yet, and was curious to know his experience. He commented back saying ""Don't remember asking you for your comment this was my comment."" he continues to be rude and unprofessional, even when regarding other peoples businesses. I told him I was one of his customers and was shocked at why he was speaking to me this way, and he questioned if I was a customer at all. I have the invoices from three services just this year alone, and he has now lost a loyal customer. The owner is a tool!

Great service. Came within the window they said. Stopped by the day after I called. Very helpful.

It's really unfortunate after using this company for several basic repair calls that the last several visits have been so bad.
First - when they came out to repair something it ended up causing a leak in something else and then we were charged another hundred dollars to repair that leak when it was caused by them in the first place.
Second, they came out for a valve replacement on a faucet and spent an hour trying to get the sleeve off inside the wall but couldn't reach it. The plumber told us we had to take the backsplash off for him to get to it, which is fine but then the company charged us for FOUR HOURS OF LABOR. Total BS because he wasn't there more than an hour - hour and a half tops. And that's pushing it. So they charged us four hundred per hour? Top lawyers don't even charge this.
By this point we're being billed this whether he fixed it or not and we didn't think it was going to be that much more. We were very wrong. They wanted to bill another $800 for him to come back and replace a valve. This isn't an all day job. We spoke with the owner and negotiated it down by $300 to a whopping total of $900, outrageous for this kind of job. But we were already in for half and we didn't want to start all over again with a new plumber. I wish we would have, because after the job was done they increased it by another $100 in their billing. This was after the agreed upon amount. None of that was discussed and nothing strange or unforetold happened that would lengthen the job. They just upped the price.
DO NOT use this company. The billing was questionable at best, prices and labor time inflated and though we did get things fixed from time to time other things went wrong and it took too long to diagnose as well as being too unsure of the diagnostics.

The best.
I called for a kitchen sink clog in a rental house and they squeezed me in. They were there on time and fixed it. The guy even called me and explained everything before he left there and was very polite and made sure I understood what they did.
I have used them in the past and everything was always perfect.
I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. They know exactly what they are doing. No price gouging. Very reasonable.
Thank you again.

Ever since we bought our house 3 years ago, we've had little water/septic issues here and there. Based on recommendations from neighbors, we called William Sellers for this latest round and they were fantastic! Our issues have never been emergencies, just corners cut here and there from the last owners, but they treated our needs like emergencies and sent the guys out within a day to figure out the problem and then sent a top notch team out to fix it within a few days. They were so quick, and customer service was excellent. I'll call them from now on!

Chris H and Dennis arrived to service my septic tank and they were extremely professional and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty in their work ethic. Additionally, Rachel who answered the phone when I called was so kind that I chose to use their service. I am pleased and would highly recommend this company!

I chose to go with William sellers for my sewer connection, they were extremely professional and helpful! They did an amazing job! From the office staff to the site workers they were all so friendly and knowledgeable, prompt and efficient! I couldn't be happier that I chose them!

Do NOT NOT NOT hire this company to do your sewer hookup or for any plumbing jobs! We have been communicating with them for weeks, with multiple promises to notify us with at least a 1 or 2 day notice before coming out to dig. (W have two disabled family members, and limited access to vehicles or bathroom facilities during hours water is shut off.) Crew showed up unannounced at 6:45am - promising to give us 30 min notice before shutting water off, which of course they never did & we were in the shower when they turned water off. So far they've broken water lines 3x -- said water now will be off for several more hours, and sewage fumes are filling up our home when they promised it wouldn't happen. They're all smiles and rainbows on the phone and initially in person, but do NOT follow through or care about customers at all. I think it's because we're renters and not paying the bill the owner paid -- a very snobby, condescending way to do business.
