Had the owners son (Liam) come out to give estimate for sewer repair/replacement. He talked a good talk and that was it! Said he would email me estimate for the work and he couldn't be bothered- i texted, called and emailed.
If somebody doesn't respond to you clearly, they don't need the work and they don't know how to do it

Never came back to finish the job after receiving payment. Called several times, he finally picked up but acted like its a personal line and nothing. Clearly wasn't going to address the situation they caused. Please keep in mind if you use them.... they will screw you over too. Called again one final time, nothing. Called a different plumber was put the following day and fixed the leak. Thanks for nothing Regan plumbing. Please go out of business as you clearly don't care about people or your customers.

William Regan Plumbing came out put a bathroom in my basement where one never existed, installed ejector pumps for the raw sewage, new shower sink and toilet. They had to cut through the concrete to run the plumbing amazing how clean they are, everyday the job site was left immaculate, for a construction site I was impressed. They were quick and efficient. 100% professional. I would recommending them for all your plumbing needs. Highly recommended. Above all they were licensed and bonded.

William Regan Plumbing saved me today! They were the only company that was able to come out today and deal with a pipe that busted as a result of the polar vortex when every other plumber in the city was booked through the end of the week or the following week or not returning calls at all. As a single woman, you always brace yourself for men to behave inappropriately, and they were kind, respectful, swift, professional, and affordable. They fixed it in an hour! I will be hiring them in the spring to help me run water to a rooftop deck, as they specialize plumbing design and construction. I highly recommend this company!

William Regan saved me yesterday! They were able to come out (earlier than expected) and deal with a pipe that busted as a result of the polar vortex when every other plumber in the city was booked or charging extremely high rates due to the volume of calls they were receiving. I live in a multi-unit condo. Liam and his colleague quickly assessed the source of the issue by sussing out what was happening in the other units, and they had my water up and going in around 2 hours flat. They will also be coming back to reattached the sink after the tile is fixed. I highly recommend this company!

guys are great plumbers and nice, reliable guys. Bill came today and was early! When does that happen.
Fixed the leak for a reasonable price in no time at all.
