Just want to say the receptionist may have had a bad day. I would suggest looking at the big picture and consider the work that needs to be done and the actual technicians. There are many great service people here on MV and I've worked with them all. Bill's crew is A+.
I have had very difficult jobs to analyze regarding leaks and blocked pipes and Bill's crew solved the problems when other plumbers could not do it. Hope your problem was solved and you might try them again at another time.

Front receptionist, Beth, is rude and discourteous. Made a tentative appointment and was left hanging for three weeks. I called to check on their availability- no call back. Called again days later and Beth was again rude and discourteous. Sure it's the hight of the season and I was more than willing to wait for their availability. I sympathize with how maxed out service people are during the season. All she needed to do was say that they could not do it, not rudely lecture me. She may think that seasonal homeowners are a captive audience but her rude manner and condescending attitude was low class. This business manner wouldn't last one day in the real world. Mr. Meuller, I know many homeowners and unfortunately for you this incident will come up often when the popular question, ""hey can you recommend a plumber for my 7 million dollar home?"" comes up. Beth blew it.
