After a local big plumbing/electrical company came and told me there was no problem, with water still pouring out of my kitchen cabinets I called William Reilly plumbing. I called at 7:30 and Charlie was at my door by 11. He found the leak within 15 minutes and fixed it in another 5. Will definitely call them again when I need a plumber.

A friend recommended this company. They are indeed excellent.
The office staff was responsive and courteous. They told us when to expect a followup call for the initial appointment, called us the day before, and the morning of, the day scheduled. David called a half hour before his arrival. He was cheerful, efficient, knowledgeable and generous with advice when we wanted to talk further. He brought equipment in and out of the house and worked rapidly.
My friend had said that Riley Co. was excellent and we agree.

So grateful I called Riley Plumbing today. The person who answered the phone was patient as I gathered the needed information and they sent David out the same day to assess our situation. He was knowledgeable, flexible and fixed all kinds of problems in our old house. Among many other things, he found the cause of a known kitchen leak, and found and fixed a hitherto unknown leak in a bathroom. We are responsible for two 2-bath apartments. David checked all our taps, drains, and loos, and answered all my questions. There's great peace of mind now I no longer feel frightened to turn on the taps upstairs. He also identified an important issue that doesn't meet code -- so we'll be seeing more of Riley Plumbing! Finally David was incredibly sweet and patient with our rambunctious young Lab, who adored him. Best plumber ever. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with my gas furnace where a delayed ignition problem was causing it to ""boom"" when starting. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to contact Riley WM. I was greeted by a friendly voice on the other end of the phone and was told that I would be contacted shortly in an attempt to schedule an onsite visit that afternoon. About 30 minutes later, and true to her word, I was told that a visit could be scheduled for late morning; which exceeded my expectations to begin with. A technician (Dave) arrived at my residence on time and began to inspect the furnace. Dave was professional, courteous, and very personable. He quickly diagnosed that the issue was being caused by a weak pilot and proceeded to repair it. After several heating cycles, it appears that the issue has been resolved. I had a great experience with this company and will not hesitate to call them again should I need any plumbing work done in the future!

These guys are phenomenal! I have never dealt with a better business when having work performed in my houses. I would recommend them to everyone.

Upon purchasing my new house, I pulled the typical Rhode Islander move and called one of big box ""local"" companies to service my boiler (which will go unnamed), as I knew it had not been touched in several years. They came over to the house for 5 minutes, told me they couldn't do anything and left. Highly doubting this, I called Riley Plumbing and scheduled an appointment.

A couple weeks later, David arrived and serviced my boiler. It took over 2 hours! He was so meticulous, showing me exactly what he was doing why it was important. At the end of the visit, my CO output went down from 500ppm (a potentially hazardous/fatal amount) to less than 100ppm and they also found that my boiler had not ben converted up to code. They were able to get the part I needed and squeezed me into their busy schedule within a couple days to replace this item, because they did not want to leave me without my boiler off.

As an aside, the cost was VERY fair.

I wish I could express how highly I recommend these guys, both David and Liz are very professional and I have nothing but compliments for them. By hiring Riley Plumbing for your next job, you are guaranteed a great company that will do a awesome job and you will be supporting a ""real"" local, family business.

Called early in am and had someone at our home same morning. Cleared blockage in line. Their staff, Liz was very understanding and pleasant. Crew was extremely professional and efficient. Cost was very fair. Would definitely use again if necessary.
