Kamini P.I began contacting you in the morning of December 13, 2017. I asked you then about getting an appointment to have my meter installed so I can have the heat running. Before any of this happened, you told my family that it will only take approximately two days to install the meter. This information was completely misleading and put me and my family in danger. I was without heat for seven days. The weather was harsh outside, and my house was freezing. I had to use another source to heat up the house which is hazardous. I had to put myself and my family in danger because you did not give me the correct information I needed. You even gave me a hard time when I asked you for a number to make my appointment. Your response was that this number is only for contractors. I find out later, that the number is also available to the public. Because of me I could get an appointment due to several times calling in a day and sending email messages and web inquiry.
After connecting the natural gas line and discontinue the propane line, I still had a problem. I reported the problem but it was guessing game what could be wrong with this. There is no connection between installation of meter and connection of gas line. That was not communicate as well. Very poor communication.
On December 28th when you visited my house because the inspection did not pass. You fixed the inspection query but my problem remains same the furnace was turning off. Regardless of my complained, your people did not know what was the problem. There was no communication after that about the inspection was passed or not until I had to contact again. Very poor communication. I was told via text message that your company had to just send photos to resolve the inspection query. NO..No..No it is not true, I received a notice on Tuesday 2/6/17 from the New Castle County that I had to do an inspection in 10 days. I called to schedule an appointment to come out. Again you would not tell your customer that you do not need inspection after your company has fixed the problem.
Finally, I had to call my Furnace guy and explained the problem. He came out to my house to see what was the problem and he fixed it. This has incurred additional cost to me. This was due to your mistake. The mistake was the pressure that had to be reset according to natural gas standards. Your people had no knowledge of this and I had inconvenient for several more days in this coldest winter.
Horrendous in both technician that was sent our and the lack of follow up once I called the office...this was after I waited for days without air conditioning, then, the worker called and asked if he could come early, I said no, and he came anyway...one hour early before I was able to get home. A friend had to walk around with Rich and after looking at the issues of 3 zones not working, re refused to do ANY diagnosis or service and just staid he would sent someone back to estimate for new AC!! After he left, we found that 2 of the units had tripped circuit breakers, such an easy fix to get our AC up and running during the 90 degree temps...I.m not saying we don't need work done, but, this company was the worst...I was almost crying when I called the receptionist after the tech insisted on leaving, and she confirmed I had a SERVICE call...just no excuse... Call Breeding and Day-they came through with flying colors...Oh, and I have to.m ENT ion that William Day was recommended by a friend...I have told her as well how rudely and poorly we were treated.
Not a place to do business with. Didn't finish a job correctly. Left with leaky pipes and hot water not running correctly in our house yet we still get threatening letters about payment and going to the credit bureau and having to pay extra legal fees.
Find someone better. Thank you for your unsatisfactory and ignorant business
