Recommended Customer Reviews

I highly recommend using William Frankel Plumbing. They are very reliable and precise. I've had the pleasure of communicating with Amy. She is very professional and friendly as well.

So I had a broken faucet and what did I do? Why go to yelp of course!!! I initially contacted another plumber through yelp he came out took one look and said this is not something I can fix! so I found another plumber again on yelp he came out and said the same thing! But this time he recommended that I contact William Frankel Plumbing, he said if they can't find the missing part no one could.. so again I went to yelp and found the page to William Frankel Plumbing they didn't have many reviews but that didn't stop me from contacting them as I needed to take showers lol! I left a message on their yelp page and Amy at the office wrote back to me promptly!! I had explained that I had a broken faucet and that it was missing a part! Amy gave me their prices for service which were very reasonable and comparable to everyone else I spoke with and she also gave me a two hour window appointment on that same day!! Harold the plumber contacted me at the exact time I was expecting them.. he was already outside! Harold took one look at the faucet and told me right away that it was not a very common brand but that he would try his best to find the missing part!! Next morning I got a call from Harold he said he had possibly found the part and needed to come by to try to see if it fits. Unfortunately the part was a bit smaller. So Harold took the faucet with him and went on the hunt to try to find the missing part. Every morning Harold would call me and give me updates which I appreciated very much. Finally Harold called me once more and had exhausted all of the resources including the manufacturer I guess they probably had discontinued that product which was understandable but Harold gave me another option which was to completely change out the faucet with valves!! Price again was very reasonable and less then what others had quoted!!
So a very long story short, give these guys a try for all of your plumbing needs they are honest and will go way above and beyond to help you find the right solution!! I for one will use them in the future for all plumbing needs..
Thank you William Frankel Plumbing and thank you Harold!!!

I have used these plumbers a few times and have been very happy with their service. I recently remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and during the course of the remodel at different stages I had to have them come out and handle some plumbing issues. They worked with my schedule on a timely basis. They were quick, neat and clean. Their work has always been good. I have never had any issues. I would highly recommend them.
I only gave four stars because I never give anyone five.

They used to be so good, but I think something happened to this company. The receptionist is really unhelpful. The owner isn't very nice either. They also charge a lot of money ( Way more than most plumbers) and the last few times ( I won't mention the plumber's name) he really screwed up. It was repaired by another plumber who works for them and he is very good, but really they only have one good plumber and if you can get an appointment with him, than you are good to go.

five stars because these guys are as good as it gets. great service, fair pricing and i'll be damned, the plumber even smelled good! we've used these guys several times over the last few years and I would recommend them without reservation

Finally found a reliable plumber. We had a major sewer back up and called WIlliam Frankel. Dave came out and tried to clear my sewer for approximately two hours. Dave noted the problem was I did not have a proper clean out access so he had to go on my roof. After two
Hours he suggested that I install a clean out. He quoted my 1300.00 to install the clean out
And clean my drain. I said ok and they started digging in my front yard. After about 25 minutes Dave came to my door and said he had some good news. When they dug down about a foot they found a Barred clean out in my planter. They used that to clean my line and remove the roots. They very easily could of charged me the 1300.00 I was quoted and I would of never known the difference however because he was honest he charged me 300.00 and was on his was.......
Amazing
Thank you very much and now I have a plumber for life

I needed some faucets in my shower repaired, and my regular plumber was unavailable so I called these guys. The shower stems were replaced with what was supposed to be 1/4 turn ceramic stems. I was told not to use the shower for a day until the caulking dried. When I used the shower the next day, I discovered that they were replaced with 1/2 turn INSTEAD of the agreed upon 1/4 turns. This was a problem because the levers interfered with each other when turning! I called the shop and spoke directly with the plumber who was at my house, and his response was ""Well, the faucet works, don't it?"" completely disregarding that It was NOT what we agreed upon and created a new problem. I asked for a manager and instead of making a big deal about it, I agreed for them to mail me a different style center handle so that they would not bang into each other - even though it was a completely different finish and did not match the other two. I waited.....and no package arrived. I ultimately had to call back and complain 3 separate times before they finally delivered it - all the while dealing with this annoyed manager who really didn't want to hear from me.
Well, it still did not fix the problem (it continued to interfere with the other two levers) and I had to go out and buy three new different stye handles in order for the faucets to turn and work properly.
Flash forward about 6 months. One of the ""new"" stems failed - would not completely shut off. I called my regular plumber this time and after he removed the stems - he remarked that these had to be used stems when they were installed. He showed me the wear on the stems and said it was impossible for them to be this banged up and worn in such a short amount of time. I remembered that I thought it was odd that the Frankel plumber was fishing the stems he installed from a bucket of misc odds and ends. The ones my regular plumber just installed came bubble wrapped in shrink wrapped boxes.
I didn't even bother calling Frankel to complain because I had such an issue (and attitude) to get a (unusable) replacement handle from them to start with. I don't remember the EXACT amount I paid Frankel, but I believe it was around $325.00 - the same amount I paid today for the same exact issue.
Lesson learned by me. Should have waited for my regular plumber to be available.

I can't say enough good about Jim Alexander and his guys. They replaced the 150' long sewer line at my mother's which runs from the house, under the front lawn, and down a narrow driveway out to the street. Throughout the project Jim demonstrated excellent communication skills, followed code, never cut corners, handled the lawn area differently than the driveway to minimize costs, and went the extra mile to make sure my mom had safe access to the street throughout the time the work was being done. At the end the crew did a great cleanup and Jim made an extra trip back after it was over to give her a map of the new underground pipes. We're fans of Frankel Plumbing!

They were incredibly quick to respond. The technicians seemed professional. I am satisfied with the work done. I am not satisfied about the price I was charged. I know I could have gotten this done at 1/2 the price they charged. So if you are on a fixed budget this us not the plumber for you. The additional work they discovered when they were fixing the job they came for was quoted at $450. I found the part at Home Depot for $65 and another plumber quoted $100 to install. So thank you but no thank you.

Frankel Plumbing has been doing work for my parents for as long as I can remember. It has to be more than 30 years, I think.
Now that my parents are getting older (and their home of 50+ years needs more maintenance and repair), Frankel has been nothing short of fantastic. I often call them to come out to my parents' house and fix an issue. They come quickly, are extremely nice to my dad, do whatever it takes to fix the issue, and are happy to work with me remotely (I live far away).
I don't know what we would do without Frankel Plumbing. They helped yet again today.
