I hired William because he was so responsive to my issue from the time I first made contact until the job was finished. I appreciated his telling me ahead of time what he would be charging and holding to that even when he had to make an extra trip to get the right 18-year-old Grohe cartridge (the plumbing supply had given him the wrong one). His work was done in good time and cleanly. Bottom line: he was honest and fair. I'll hire him again, for sure!

William was great from the beginning. I requested information via Yelp and I received an answer back from him in less than one hour. After a few brief back-and-forth questions and answers, he understood the type of kitchen faucet installation we needed assistance with. The job was scheduled with ease. The installation proved more difficult than expected because of improper work and installation by previous individuals. William worked diligently to overcome all of the challenges posed by the previous work done. The additional parts needed were luckily already in his work truck, so he didn't even need to leave to go get them. In the end, William did an amazing job and the faucet looks great and works perfectly! I would recommend him to anyone, and will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs we may have in the future.

We needed to replace our old kitchen sink with a new one. We had our faucet, RO water faucet, dishwasher air gap, garbage disposal replaced at the same time, plus adding a soap dispenser. It required some pipe alterations for going from a 2-basin sink to a single basin. The new sink was a bit larger so William had to chip off the edge of our granite countertop in order to fit it in perfectly. It took him 40min more than expected because he wanted to get it done perfectly! I was so grateful that he cared so much about the job quality. BTW, he did not charge me more for the extra time than his original quote. I'm simply out of word so you be the judge for what a good man he is.
William was pleasant and cheerful the whole time. He did everything we asked for and more. It was a beautiful job. Also, I asked a lot of questions, probably too much! William explained everything in simple and clear terms that I could understand. I've concluded that William really knows the plumbing stuff, actually loves his works, and most importantly enjoys helping people! Will not hesitate to give him our future plumbing projects.

I called and William answered. Good start. I explained about a leaky shower/tub issue and that I had replaced the old cartridge with a new one but still had a leak. William explained that his experience was it's always the cartridge and I should try another one, but I talked him into an appointment for the next day. After the call I went back and replaced the o-rings on the old cartridge and reinstalled it. No leak. I'll definitely use William in the future. My experience matches the other Yelp review. Very helpful and nice plumber.

I can highly recommend William Dean for your plumbing needs. Called him late in the day and got voicemail. Within minutes, I received a text message letting me know he was in the middle of a job and would get back to me shortly. Within the hour he called me back and scheduled me for his first appointment the next morning. He showed up on time and was happy to remove his shoes when I asked him (we had just cleaned the floors). He got right to work fixing the problem with our leaking sink and also found a separate leak which I was not aware of. He was efficient with his time and was also very professional and neat in his work. Had a sink stopper on a separate faucet which needed replacing and he offered to do that free of charge since the job ended up being a little more than expected. All in all, I would definitely use his services again and can confidently recommend his plumbing services to others. He is a hard working, friendly, honest guy, what more could you ask for from your plumber!

The plumbing work itself seems good, but I had to tell him how to do the roof and he installed the washer drain right next to the electrical outlet. He reluctantly moved it away from the wall (and the outlet), but now it's in an awkward place. Basically the drain out was installed in the wrong place. I also feel like he over charged me. His estimate was for a full day, but the work only took 4 hours.
