If you want an actual honest plumber, get Dean to your house ASAP! We found Dean after we had two plumbers come out to fix our plumbing issues in our kitchen sink. After we got told we needed to buy an entire water softening system for $12,000 by one and to redo all our pipes for $19,000 by another, we were soooooo happy we called William. He came over and actually looked at our pipes saw the issue was something way simpler and only needed a small section of piping to be replaced and done correctly (with the right slope). He gave us two affordable options and came the next day to complete the job, it was incredible.

Amazing plumber and business!!! He responded to my initial call within minutes, quoted a super reasonable price, and was at my house for a non-emergency repair (replace 2 shower cartridges) two days later. Texted me promptly that day to notify me when he would arrive, was pleasant and communicative throughout the repair, and sent an instant invoice to my email account. Other plumbers were quoting astronomical fees and stating they would need to drill through my shower tile and wall! This guy was a unicorn - an amazing tradesman with decent prices and quality customer service. As a single lady who tends to experience price gouging with auto and home repair quotes, he was a Godsend. Don't go anywhere else - William is amazing and his work top notch. You will not regret making the call and booking him!

Our water heater burner went out and William Dean was quick to help us get it repaired. Since the water heater was still under warranty we were able to get the part for free ($300). Once it arrived, William Dean was at our house within the hour and replaced it...oh happy day!! Two thumbs up, I highly recommend William Dean's Plumbing. Gave William Dean Plumbing a call and arranged a walk through with his lead plumber for a home repipe. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and we discuss an efficient layout while keeping any necessary drywall cut outs to a minimum which I greatly appreciated. Shortly after our meeting, he gave me an estimate which was very fair especially compared to the other plumber estimates that I considered very high for the same work.

Once I hired them for the job, he was able to quickly schedule a date that accommodated my time off. On the morning of the job, his crew of six were: prompt, professional, clean and ran like a well-oiled machine. They worked steadily through the day and stayed abit later than I expected so they could finish the entire job in one day.

Not uncommon for a job such as this, there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed but William was very easy to get in touch with and all was resolved in a timely manner.

So far - so good.... I'm very pleased with my overall experience that William Dean Plumbing and his Team provided.
