We needed a garbage disposal and sink faucet replaced in our kitchen. They went out of service just before the 4th of July holiday. We got in touch with Will and he got us up and running first thing on the 5th. Super fast response and scheduling. Prices were very reasonable and he was super kind. On his way out he even checked out our water softener cylinder at no additional charge! We will definitely be in touch with Will in the future for all our plumbing needs!

This is my go-to guy for all things plumbing. Have used his services twice and intend to call him again for a pending bath remodel. Water heater went out on a holiday weekend-he was here in an hour and it was replaced immediately at a very reasonable price. Just had a water leak and called him-he was here in 30 minutes troubleshooting and found it under the house slab. He spent a lot of time explaining things to us, offering solutions, and ultimately fixed the leak the very next day. Again, at a reasonable price. He goes above and beyond. Need a plumber? I know a guy!

I hired William because he was so responsive to my issue from the time I first made contact until the job was finished. I appreciated his telling me ahead of time what he would be charging and holding to that even when he had to make an extra trip to get the right 18-year-old Grohe cartridge (the plumbing supply had given him the wrong one). His work was done in good time and cleanly. Bottom line: he was honest and fair. I'll hire him again, for sure!

After a few brief back-and-forth questions and answers, he understood the type of kitchen faucet installation we needed assistance with. The job was scheduled with ease. The installation proved more difficult than expected because of improper work and installation by previous individuals. William worked diligently to overcome all of the challenges posed by the previous work done. The additional parts needed were luckily already in his work truck, so he didn't even need to leave to go get them. In the end, William did an amazing job and the faucet looks great and works perfectly! I would recommend him to anyone, and will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs we may have in the future.

We needed to replace our old kitchen sink with a new one. We had our faucet, RO water faucet, dishwasher air gap, garbage disposal replaced at the same time, plus adding a soap dispenser. It required some pipe alterations for going from a 2-basin sink to a single basin. The new sink was a bit larger so William had to chip off the edge of our granite countertop in order to fit it in perfectly. It took him 40min more than expected because he wanted to get it done perfectly! I was so grateful that he cared so much about the job quality. BTW, he did not charge me more for the extra time than his original quote. I'm simply out of word so you be the judge for what a good man he is.
William was pleasant and cheerful the whole time. He did everything we asked for and more. It was a beautiful job. Also, I asked a lot of questions, probably too much! William explained everything in simple and clear terms that I could understand. I've concluded that William really knows the plumbing stuff, actually loves his works, and most importantly enjoys helping people! Will not hesitate to give him our future plumbing projects.
