William Brown Plumbing in Hamilton, Ohio is absolutely awesome to work with. We discovered that our Sump Pump stopped working correctly late on a Sunday evening and had a bit of a mess to clean up. We were also due to leave town for a big event just a day or two later. I found him on line called on Monday 9/12/16 late morning and Bill returned my call that afternoon and said he had finished his route for the day and could go ahead and stop by and look at it. I was amazed how prompt , friendly ,courteous and efficient he was . Bill had it fixed with a new pump all within 45 mins or so.on the same day! I never even had to tell him about my concerns with leaving town and getting replaced etc. This is truly the one of the best customer experiences I've had!!! You can't go wrong with this company! Thank you Bill for the outstanding service, we found us a new plumber!

The contractor and I agreed at a price of $2400 to do a complete plumbing overhaul of a house located at 1203 Reservoir in Hamilton, Oh. After the job was 50% completed, the contractor asked for an early payment of $2000. We obliged. Several weeks later when we needed the contractor to complete the job and collect the rest of the agreed upon price, the contractor made up a bogus reason for not completing the job, walked off of the job site and REFUSED to finish it. Pretty much scammed us and defrauded us and this is why we are filing this complaint and we will be proceeding with a civil action in which we will seek punitive and compensatory damages.
