From a professional and timely perspective they are great. From a pricing perspective, they are extremely expensive in my opinion.

Over $1200 for a less then $400 part and 1 hour max, 30 minutes to review and provide estimate and 30 minutes to install it next day. So over $800 for labor and other administrative expenses they claim ridiculous. Next time I'll shop around.

I can't say enough about the incredible customer service from Archer. I had several quotes for a water heater and many questions. This company was by far the most responsive and reasonably priced. On the day of the install they called ahead. The men were incredibly polite, laid down a protective covering over my hardwood without me even asking. They only had the water off for 15 minutes, keeping me informed throughout their time here. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Great service and integrity. I had an issue with a pipe that was leaking in my garage. Joe came out on a Saturday and explained that the pipe was coming from the well and by law they could not work on it. He helped me by making calls to well pump companies until we got one to come out. Joe spent time traveling to and from my home and helping me get the problem resolved, knowing he was not getting the job. He did not charge me a cent, which was pleasantly surprising. It seems every other company would have tried to get a few bucks for the service call. I appreciate Joe's ability to empathize with my situation and make my day a little bit better. It's guys like him we need in all types of businesses! I will be using Archer plumbing in the future because of Joe.

Excellent service I like the work they performed in my home , BUT they took a brand new painters cloth from my home as a mistake and I ask them to return it, they dropped of a broken old one by the home when I wasn't there , JOHN THE OWNER promised to drop of a new one or give a check for the price , it's been 3 weeks, after multiple phone calls and no results I have to leave a bad review.

Our toilet whistled while filling, Andy replaced the internals right away. I called at 948 am and he was finished and out the door by 11. Awesome.

Very professional. The owner John was very helpful. David did a great job fixing a leak behind the shower walls.

The only thing I didn't like was they put their stickers on all of my stuff, including the garbage disposal, hot water heater, pipes in my laundry room. They didn't even ask first. I appreciate coupons, but don't take credit for everything in the house.

Fast and friendly service. I have used them several times now for plumbing issues from toilets to bath tubs. They are always available same day within a few hours and can provide a quick fix. They dont mind if you want to watch and have them explain things or if you want nothing to do with it. Very good with dogs too!

I used Archer Plumbing for a small faucet leak in a bathroom. I called at 12pm and they had someone arrive at 2pm on the same day. The staff was very nice and professional. The plumber had a little difficulty with something, he called the owner and the owner came over to the house right away to help solve the problem. He too was very polite and professional. Everyone made sure we were happy and satisfied!!!

I would consider the leak to be a small job but they treated it like a big important one.... which was really great.

I would highly recommend this company and will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Can't believe how thorough and detailed these guys are. We just bought a house and needed a bunch of plumbing work. Our home inspector gave us an expansive list which Andy went through item by item. He evaluated it, thoroughly explained what needed to be done (and also IF it needed to be done), gave a reasonable price, and then set to work immediately. I never felt that he was in a hurry or trying to rush out. He was fast, efficient, nice, and super neat. Cleaned up absolutely everything! After he did the work, he went back over each one and double-checked everything. I had another issue and Andy was all over it!! Really, really went above and beyond. I can't recommend Archer Plumbing and Andy enough!!! Love, love, love!!!
