Eric Hilton with DSP came out and installed a new unit at our family business, Snowflake Washateria of Cockrell Hill Texas. Eric and his crew worked extremely hard and in triple digit heat to get the new unit installed and running. This is the second job Eric has done for us and we are very pleased. He was professional, prompt and informative about what needed to be done. He is a great representation to a good company, and I will continue do business with them. Thank you for getting us and our customers COOLED off!

Called this company for a repair quote for a severe leak in my front yard. Since I only have one day off a week, made the appointment for the next week. I told them it will require excavation. When the plumber showed up in their expensively wrapped van, he tried to sell me a membership to all their services?!? He then gave me a quote for $850 and told me if I agreed they would put me on the schedule. WHAT? I was on their schedule for a week!!!! I only have one day off a week and cant take off of work. I was furious!!! I have never called a plumber out for repairs that they didn't take care of the repairs that very day. Needless to say, I never got a call to "put me on the schedule"!!! I just paid a $400 plus water bill. Thanks for nothing Direct Service!

I will never call this company for anything EVER!!! I strongly suggest no one else does either.

Working on our 4th visit and still no air.
1st was a service call to check out and inside unit. Orginally $100 package deal ended up being $300.
2nd visit $200 because air wasnt cooling (a leak)
3rd visit coil dirty (should have been caught on the first service run) $79 service bill plus $517 to clean the coil (that should have been done the first time and there wouldn't have been no need for the next 3 service calls.
Very disappointed and will be filing a complaint.

This company was hired by my foundation repair company. The foundation repair was great. However, the plumbing follow up, not so much. I spoke with 2 different people prior to them visiting my home while I wasn't there and informed them the clean-outs were in the front yard. There was an old cast iron clean out that was no longer in use. When I arrived home, there was a notice from them indicating they ran they camera through the line and all was well. I noticed that the old cast iron clean-out cap was missing and the new clean-outs were still covered in the front yard. I called to inform them that they had entered through the wrong clean-out and that the cap to the old clean-out was nowhere in sight. They sent the same guy out the next day. He called to tell me that he was unable to locate any additional clean-outs, even though I personally uncovered them so they were visible. After staying on the phone with him for several minutes, he finally located them and once again, left a notice indicating all was well. The cap to the old clean-out was still missing but he had covered it with tape. I called the company the third time to inform them that I would be hiring someone I could trust but I only wanted to let them know the cap was never replaced. They sent a different guy out who called to say he couldn't get the camera down the new clean-outs at all and so he entered the system through a clean-out attached to the kitchen sink. He ran the camera down and said I had a belly that went as far as 35 foot under my house. First, my house isn't 35 foot wide and second the clean-out he entered does not even go under my house. It had been rerouted through the yard. Needless to say, I hired a different company. They got the camera down the clean-outs and discovered there was a belly...in the front yard, not under the house. Also, the cast-iron pipe at the edge of the house was completely corroded and was leaking. Had I listened to this company, I would've been repairing my foundation again in a few years.

They get a 1 for showing up on a weekend. That's about all that happened after about 2 hrs of a clogged drain line. They said they couldn't fix and offered to come back on a week day to use a camera. That was another $250.00+.

We fixed ourselves with a shop vac and a water jet from Home Depot.

Service was decent, but obscenely priced. Over $200 just to replace two flush values, when I provided all parts.

You can find reputable companies to do this for half the price.

Given their outrageous pricing, will never consider them again.
