I ask for a quote and was giving $595.00 I told him that was to much and he immediately took a $100.00 off. I told him that's highway robbery I needed it fix so I hesitantly told him yes. I was tightening a new outside faucet and broke the copper pipe off clean from its joint. My brother is a contractor and has plumbers that work for him and he couldn't get a hold of one. My brother said that was $100.00 to $150.00 job lessened learn. Like I said it was highway robbery.

Called WillFixIt 16 Month ago to replace a failed PRV and was told to upgrade to a 1 inch and all Brass item to have a peace of mind.Spend over 1050$ for this PRV and it has failed.Called WillFixIt and was told I have to pay now 1345.00$ to replace the so called " best PRV" they installed .
Very disappointing but not surprised. I do not recommend this company.

This company does very poor work. They were the assigned company to install our new AC. They did a terrible job, installed it incorrectly, placed the thermostat in a less than ideal place costing us hundreds of dollars in AC bills because they did it the wrong way. Came out for routine maintenance and said we had a leak. Everything was working fine before he went to inspect it. Wanted to charge 2000 to fix it. The unit they installed LAST year! We payed another company to fill it and there was no leak. The company who fixed it said the did not see a leak, and did not know why we were missing 2 lbs of freon. Hmmm. Steer clear of this business!

I will give the zero stars the first time I called was at 12:00 am on the eleventh of this month they told me that a technician will be there 8:00-1200. but the girl called me around 1:30 pm that technician running late and said that he will be there 4-6 pm and then they called back before 6;30 and said couldn't make it so they reschedule Saturday 8-12 in stead when he showed up I checked the out AC unit and found out the coils inside was leaking but he couldn't fix it on Thursday but the coils weren't there yet so on Friday 9Am they showed up with the new coils it toke them 9 hours to finish the But! he called the out side unit and show me that out side unit was leaking too and I told him that you said that the unit out side was not leaking he said it is I couldn't under stand why it leaking so I told him how much will that cost to fix it he said 2,400.00 the same price that they were charging for the job that just finished and on the out side unit it would take two month to get the part I said for get it. so I found other company and he found and fixed it but the technician from Will Fix it didn't do the job right. because it was leaking . I'm tired!! Piss off!!!

Call Service First in San Antonio for better work. 2 weeks in 100 degree temperatures for parts on a unit Will Fix it installed. Ridiculous! Late for appointments. Always overpriced and have to finish the job another day. Terrible for San Antonio.

Called for an 80 year old woman who had no ac. Asked if they could come early in the morning. Woman who answered the phone started she would get them out first thing in morning. 8-12 became 5 pm. When we called the first time to say they never showed up the woman had an attitude. She called at about 4 o'clock to say the driver was on his way but give him an hour. At this point we had called someone else who was prompt and fixed the issue. Not a way to do business.

07/2023, AC repair call out - Will Fix it, repair tech/sales rep.
Hard Sale Push: wanted to repair, hard pushed towards replacement. Home heat stress on family and me contributed to poor decision-making: normal I would repair, price out new systems, and get 3-qty quotes from different companies.
Overprice Catalog: units and cost presented wear overpriced, extreme mark-up.
Fault Representation: I was led to believe, I was selecting a 2-stage AC unit, but model on sale paper work was a single stage.
(Only after researching model number, I was aware the purchase order had a single stage model)
Installation: 2-man-installation-crew was professional and courteous but not-regular-truck was not well equipped.
(They worked in uncomfortable temperatures, truck missing AC pad and shock absorbing pads.)

I should not have extended the trust I had in Home Depot to their AC repair reps. I was ripped off!
Hoping others avoid my very costly mistakes.

I would give this company ZERO stars but it is not an option. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR AIRCO OR HEATING. EVER. IF ONLY I HAD KNOWN WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS WOULD BE
In May, 2023 I had to replace my air conditioning and heating units in my San Antonio home. I was told that it could be done in one day. When I asked how that was possible, the marketing director told me it is done all the time. He promised the job would start between 9:30-10am and be done by 5-6:00pm. Two installers arrived the following day at 11am. They worked all day and into the night. They finished at 2:30am. Yes, you read that right. No apologies to the disruption of my day. Right away, I noticed that my home was not cooling properly. My bedroom and bathroom had no air coming out of the vents while the upstairs air was blowing like a cyclone. After multiple calls I finally got through to them and they sent out a repairman. He told me he made some small adjustments, said everything should be fine now, and left. It wasn't. The next day, there was no change at all. Temp was set at 73 but my downstairs was 80 at 5pm. I called again. Another repairman came out a week later. He said there was a small hole in the duct upstairs coming from the unit and he fixed it. He checked the air coming out of vents in my bedroom and bathroom and said it was normal. The next day, again, the temp in the house was 80 and 5pm and no air in my room. I called again. The receptionist said no one was available to talk to me but she would send emails out to all the managers so this could be resolved right away. No one called me. 3 days later I called again and was told AGAIN that no manager is available. Instead, they put me on the phone with a customer services rep. She apologized and said that they will get this fixed right away and would send out someone "with experience." So who did they send? It was the same guy who came out the first time and told me everything was fine after making small adjustments. He looked at me and said, "Was I here before, you look familiar?" This time, he looked at my unit and told me that the installers had put the vents on the wrong side of the unit and that the airflow was backwards, and that was what was causing my problems. He even showed me a picture of the instructions sticker on the unit. That showed the direction the air flow should go, and then a pic of the unit showing it was indeed placed incorrectly. There was also a tear in my duct. He documented his findings and said management would hear about this. He walked away chuckling. A few days later, the original installer shows up and he tells me that the airflow is FINE! "It can go in either direction. There is probably something wrong with your duct system." My duct system worked fine until the installation! My bedroom used to be cool at night! I never had to sweat in my bathroom. He goes to his truck to get a ladder.. then he comes back and says he called the company and a manager will come to my house to meet with me personally and they will come immediately. He said he would not go up and check the duct system for me or repair the new tear he just found in the duct upstairs. Then he drives away. That was 2 and a half weeks ago. Today, after no call back or response of any kind, I called WE Fix It AGAIN and and asked to speak with the a manager (there are at least 4 of them).. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. The receptionist tells me she can't find anyone who I can talk to but "someone" will call me back.. I'm still waiting here in my 80 degree living room.... OH AND ONE LAST THING.. THE MARKETING DIRECTOR TOLD ME THAT IF I EVER HAVE A PROBLEM AND CALL THEM THE COMPANY WILL RETURN MY CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS. Riiiiiiiight... I will update this review, as nothing has been resolved as of this writing!!

if I could give place zero stars I would. I called for ac service. what normally any other reputable ac company would not charge to blow out drain. , this company charges extra. plus the year warranty program costs more than a normal maintenance charge times 2

never will use this company again .

Craziness: I was exhausted, hot, stressed, frustrated, and confused from the heat after attempting to get " Will Fix it Air conditioner company" to come fix my air conditioning ( they gave me a Friday appointment between 5-7 and NO ONE ever came ... lots of calls and promises to show up ,I waited in my 96 degree house for them. 2 "supervisors" and multiple phone bank people claimed they were coming. At 9 pm i asked to have someone call me first thing in the morning ( Saturday) still no call on Tuesday. I communicated over 10 times with them and no one came or called. "Will Fix It is toooo busy. " and did not fix it!!!I also need plumbing work. I will not call will fix It they are toooooo busy I will use the wonderful people who came out same day and fixed my a/c . I wrote a thank you to them on my Facebook already ,I do not want their name in a negative post , but my friends need to know who the bad company was too. i am now happy and cool, but this company was awful ( Friday 7/14- Tuesday 7/18....no one ever called or came no=no stars
