Will fix it company is a scammer. Our central air condition stopped working, had them come out to check it. The fan motor went out, but the part was covered under warranty, yet the labor is not. They calculate the labor at half of the price of the part. The part is $1600.00, so the labor was going to cost $800.00 for 45 minutes of work. I know these guys don't make no $800 an hour. Plus they said it would take an hour and a half. A friend (very knowledgable about these things, and had also done it himself), said to buy the part online for $120, and he would put it in. $800 compared to $120. Will fix it scams people by taking advantage of the warranties that don't include labor.
Tried calling manager but we weren't important enough for him to get on the phone. This coming is horrible!

Overcharged for simple plumbing repair to toilets. Will not use again. Understand they work on commission. We are at fault as we agreed to the exorborate price, but felt the burn later when we found out paid too much.

Terrible service, no integrity!! Called them on a Friday at 4 PM with an AC problem. Was told by Abigail that a tech would come to my home between 5-7 PM. Called again at 6:30 PM to verify that someone was coming. Was told that they were running behind but someone would indeed show up. Called again at 10:30 PM and received the same song and dance story. No one ever called, no one ever showed up. How this company garners an A+ rating on BBB is a mystery. Look elsewhere for competent honest service.

Our upstairs ac unit went out. I called them for a second opinion, because I was told repairs would be over $3000. It was true, repairs wouldn't be worth it, so we purchased a new unit. Seemed a bit pricey but their service was great. They were prompt and treated my house like it was theirs. They did have a few wrong parts but were quick to come back the next day. Small issue getting the new thermostat to connect to our internet but that wasn't their fault. I recommend this company for a new install, they will treat your home with .

Electrician. This was terribly expensive. I was not happy. 5 minutes for $152! That's $1800 plus per hour! Never again. I would not recommend this company. Gouging is an understatement. They know how to gouge a novice.

I called Will Fix It on Tuesday and they sent out a "plumber" the next day. My faucet in the kitchen was running slow and I needed it fixed and replaced.
The Will Fix It "Plumber" said the faucet I purchased was the wrong brand and I should go out and buy anther brand. He said until that's done it won't work.
On Wednesday I called Will's AllPro on 210 734-8400 they came out the next day and fixed everything with the same faucet that the other guy said wouldn't work.

The fossett I bought was a $200 faucet that now works perfectly. I would add a picture of it working if I could, it's a good looking $200 faucet.

If you as me the Will Fix It guy just didn't want to do the work.

Colby was a very kind, sweet and respectful young man. Above all, he is a knowledgeable and professional plumber! He explained everything, talked to my husband twice on the phone, and gave me three separate estimates depending on the amount we wanted to spend. No company has ever done this before! We have worked with Will Fix It before and get consistently friendly and excellent service.

While they were very prompt and responsive, the quote was outrageous. I needed a garbage disposal and fixture installed which I had already purchased and they wanted to charge me nearly 1000 bucks. I called a competitor and had the job done for 295.00. So expensive.
