Stay Away from this company!!! This is a complete racket.. they do not show up for scheduled appointments and the reception is completely unable to write down and relay simple instructions.
DO NOT be fooled by a $69 special with free camera. We were told $300 for the camera to be placed down the pipes and $410 to remove the toilet. Robbery... My husband is a plumber and was out of town, so we had to call them. Buyer beware-this place is unethical

Needed heater serviced and was called by their dispatch and told that a tech would be there in thirty minutes. Left work and waited for about an hour and fifteen minutes without anyone showing up or calling. I called them back and got a lame excuse about the tech leaving something at the last job and that he was on the way. Code for "the tech is still at lunch". I cancelled and will not be using this company in the future. Unacceptable service.

On September 18, 2018 I asked Will Fix It to stop by and give me an estimate on replacing the water valve in 3 toilets, nothing else. It's an easy fix...I have a bad back and can't manage to do it myself. The written quote took a long time....I asked how could it take 30 minutes to figure a quote for 3 valve replacements. The answer was..." I am giving you all options"...hummm??? When he finished and went over the options, guess what?
1. Wanted to replace 3 toilets for $2,800.00. There is nothing wrong with my toilets other than needing the valve assemblies replaced.
2. Reset one of my toilets and replace 3 valve assemblies! $1,600.00. Really!
3. AND FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF 3 VALVE ASSEMBLIES - PARTS AND LABOR- $801.00. That is an insult to my old age and intelligence!

They charged me $41.00 for the trip to quote. I will be stopping payment on the credit card since they decided to try and rip me off.

Guess they thought they had caught an old man who wouldn't know the difference. I own and operate a home-based global business from my home.... I am not in a rocking chair.
I finally got my toilet bowl valves replaced......by a neighbor for my 76th birthday.
My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

Charged us $1100 to cut some holes all over my house and then left without telling us. That was four days ago and haven't received any communications as to what the problem was or how they were going to fix the problem. "Will" Fix It? No, more like "Will" Make It Worse.

Please beware of this company. What an awful experience! We needed our A/C serviced and scheduled were given a Monday appointment. Monday we received a call from the company to tell us a tech wasn't available and were rescheduled the following day. We were given a window for when to expect the tech and the window came and went so my husband called. The rude young woman on the phone disputed everything my husband told her and told us the tech had in fact been to our home and didn't have the part. My husband told her the tech lied and no person from their company showed up to our home and she implied it was my husband who was lying! My husband took time off work to be able to be home for the service that was never provided and had to endure being called a liar. They are not deserving of a single star and I hope this company loses customers by the drove due to the horrendous customer service they provide. Nightmare company.

I was without AC for about a week. So, I took the plunge and called them last Saturday morning. They were scheduled to arrive between 2-4. Daryl arrived a bit after 3 and within minutes diagnosed the problem. Since it was a Sat., the diagnostic call was $69 but would be waived if I had them do the work. It was the capacitor that was broken and needed to be replaced. It cost $300. In less than an hour, the house was cool again. Daryl was professional and informative. He put a temporary capacitor and would be back on Monday with the correct one. He came back on Monday morning as promised. All in all $300 well spent!

My experience with Will Fix It was the worst that I have had with any company. Looking back, I should have done my homework and investigated attic insulation companies more closely. Work that started off well enough ended up being inept and incomplete. Things got so bad that I got an attorney involved when Will Fix It reneged on the pricing in our work contract.

My wife and I own a historic house that needs lots of rehabilitation. After getting a central HVAC system and duct work installed, our next best step in making the house more energy efficient was to get attic insulation and radiant barrier. We contacted Will Fix It because they use the Efficient Attic System, which seemed like something that would dissipate attic heat better and also create proper air circulation.

We had a service representative come by the house and look at our attic and gables and recommend the type of insulation, radiant barrier, and fans we would need. At their recommendation, we went with blown-in insulation, spray-on radiant barrier, and 12" attic fans that would be installed in the gables. We were given a price and a work estimate that we agreed on. A few days later, the team returned and installed the insulation and radiant barrier. However, they were unable to install the attic fans because they failed to properly measure the gable vent's dimensions. I was told that the service manager would contact me the next day to offer a solution.

I waited a week to be contacted, but no one did. Instead, I received a phone call from their billing department asking for full payment. When I informed them that work was not completed as per the agreement, they apologized and told me that they would have the service manager contact me. Fast forward two weeks... no one contacted me. So, I called Will Fix It and asked for the service manager, but was told that she was not available. I left a message. Finally, she called me back the next day and we discussed the problem. She said that she would try to find attic fans that would fit and call me back in a couple of days.

I waited a month for her to call me back. At this time, I once again started receiving phone calls from their billing department saying that I still owed them money. I informed the billing representative that the agreed upon work was still incomplete and I was waiting on them for some resolution. Again, the representative apologized. At this point, I was fed up and requested that the remaining work be terminated and that I only pay for the work that was completed. The representative agreed and emailed me the adjusted bill, which I paid the next day by check.

A week later, I get a phone call from the service manager saying that she couldn't find a fan that would fit our gables and that she would have to cancel the work. I agreed and thought the work and payment was all settled. However, I got a phone call from the billing department a few days later saying that they had made a billing mistake and that I owed them more money than what I already paid. I kindly requested an itemized bill, which they failed to send me. About two weeks later, I get a piece of mail from a collection agency stating that they were attempting to collect on work done by Will Fix It. I was angry at Will Fix It's sheer incompetence and consulted an attorney. He composed a letter to the collection agency stating that I had paid the adjusted charges (since they failed to deliver on the attic fans) and that they had 10 business days to provide me with an itemized bill.

After this letter was mailed by my attorney, I never heard from the collection agency or Will Fix It's billing department again.

Will Fix It is a terrible company because they made a measurement mistake at the very outset and then expected me to pay for it. Further, I attempted to resolve the issue numerous times but they either failed to follow up with me or convey my message to the proper managers. Only after I got my attorney involved did this matter end. Oh, and I hired a different company to put in the attic fans. They bought the appropriate fan and installed it in only three hours!

Will fix it at there convenience. Referred by Home Depot I made an appointment for two days later for between 12 and 5 (best they could do) so they said. Appointment day and no call by 5:30, called and was told they were running behind and would be out later( no specific time ) not even a courtesy call to let me know. I fired them and got a reliable plumber.

Our A/C condenser fan started to make noise on Tuesday night. I called Will Fix It and got an appt. time for July 4th. When the repairman got to our house he demanded he see the main unit which is in the attic. I told him that the condenser fan motor outside was the problem. He said he needed to check the whole system. I let him into the attic and he immediately told me he had a leak the coil in the attic unit. He showed me what he said was oil on the coil. He did NOT use a freon sniffer to check it. He then went to the outside unit and told me my starter pack was bad . I asked him about the condenser fan. He said that is what made the fan not move. I told him again that the fan was making a lot of noise and that is why I called him. His response was "IT IS" ? I told him again that is why I called you I take a screwdriver and tried to spin the fan. It barely moved. He said oh yeah you need a fan motor. By this time it was 86 deg.in the house so I had to agree to a bill of $1,272 for repairs to the outside unit. He said I was probably 2 lbs. low on freon . I asked him how much does I system like this hold. He said "I don't know" My question is how can he say its 2 lbs low if he doesn't know much it holds ! It was about to start to rain so he hurried to pack up and did NOT add any freon. I know my system is older but it has been working fine. In my heart I believe that if my system is low its because he let some freon out through his gauges he had left hooked up during the time outside. All he wanted to do is sell my a complete A/C system. I had trusted them but like other reviewers I can say that they are just "SCAMMERS".
