A few weeks ago, my a/c was on the fritz, and having had a previous good experience with Will Fix It, I gave them a call. They squeezed me in that day, and determined it was the motor. The technician said he would order the part, pick it up in the morning, then come install. I let my boss know I'd be out in the morning for the repairs, and come the next day, the technician texts me that he is not going to work that day and will have to go the next day. Mind you, it was 97 degrees and my a/c was intermittent at best. So I call the company, and they were able to work me in later that afternoon. I told the scheduler that the motor had been ordered, and the tech needed to pick it up before coming over; I also texted the tech to see if he could reach out to the new tech with the same instructions - he agreed. The afternoon rolls around, and they call me that the new tech was on the way, so I leave work early (after having already been late due to the other tech calling out) and I again reminded them about the previous diagnosis and motor. Next, the manager calls me as I'm driving to meet the tech, and apologizes that there was a mix-up, and they didn't know I needed a motor, even after I left several messages with them about it. The manager apologized (which I appreciate), but said they must all be having a "senior" moment and forgot, to which I replied: "Having a senior moment is forgetting milk after getting home from the grocery store, but this is just poor professionalism." As the manager, he has a responsibility to determine high priority jobs (i.e. "no cool" clients) of his techs that call-out, as some the clients may be experiencing total a/c outages. Nonetheless, the parts store was already closed, and they couldn't do anything until the next day...so a hot house it was when I got home. The manager scheduled the tech for first thing the next day, and fortunately they delivered on that promise. The technician who called out was the tech that showed up, and he admitted that he just needed a day off. I'm always supportive of a mental health day, but if that's the case, at least convey instructions to your company about a few priority jobs that would be missed. Overall, I feel there were several breakdowns in management and service that impact the customers who have reached out for help. Because they followed through with the job, and also provided an inconvenience discount, I'll rate with 2 stars for at least making it right in the end. I know my a/c is nearing the end of life, so I'll definitely explore other companies for a full a/c unit than trust Will Fix It with that installation.

So these guys are CROOKS in my opinion. They totally took advantage of my elderly father who has dementia. He lives in a modest home and is on a fixed income. He was having trouble with his toilets -- the mechanics on the inside kept coming undone. Really a pretty simple fix. Had I been in town, I could have done it. Maybe $100 worth of parts from Lowes or Home Depot.

Well, these crooks charged my father a whopping $720.00 AFTER their "discount."

I called another local plumber and the estimate on the phone for the exact same bill of work was $247.00. Almost 1/3 of the price.

In my opinion, these guys are crooks who totally took advantage of an elderly man.

So disappointed with the company!
I hear their jingle on the radio all the time and decided to give them a call for my AC. My husband called and the receptionist took his information and she said she was going to look which one of technicians were in our area. My husband wanted to make sure either him or I were going to be home. He told the receptionist he would call right back within 5 minutes. When my husband called back A different receptionist took our information and as we were done providing the information she goes " oh we don't cover your zip code"... we hung up!! we wasted time. Thanks for nothing!

Air conditioning broke--it's 80-90 degrees out the last two days. Cancelled but didn't call me to tell me beforehand. Didn't have any other appointments for days. I understand jf they are busy but I waited around a whole day without AC relying on them when I could have called a different company. Then they didn't even try to make it right by getting around to it soon. Garbage company.

My A/C broke down about 1 month ago and i called will fix it for estimate. the tech that came to my home told me it was going to cost me $597.00 for 2 parts for my a/c that's normally around 11-15 dollars and that i NEEDED a WHOLE BRAND NEW SYSTEM and that was gonna cost me (get ready for this) $10,000 dollars, well i called 5 other companies sa specialists, airtegrity, cowboys, and an independent and got pretty much the same SCAM, then my wife called a BEAUTIFUL COMPANY called DILL MAK who was HONEST and CARING of their customers, well, they FIXED the problem and all it costed was $245.00, so, before you call will fix it or any other company i SUGGEST you call DILL MAK first.

Not sure why they have almost 5 star reviews. 1 Star for Setting up my first service on timely manner.
Couple weeks ago, we had issue with thr water running slow in my home. Since I had families over, I decided to call Well Fix iT based on their 4.5 star reviews. Upon analysis, the service guy confirmed it was water softner. Since I expressed interest on new water softener, the guy immediately calls his manager and confirms my new same exact water softner cost to replace and install on the same day is $3K. If I decide not to go with the option and just have him place loop through for bypassing the water, it would cost me $450 and the price for installing a new new 60gal water softner would be $4463. I had no choice but to go with the temperory option as the guy speculated that it could also be an aerator issue. Ended up being watersoftner issue and having my final bill of $450.
At this point, I didnt want to pass any judgement even though the cost for that loop was barely $30-50 and no way service should be 10 times the cost.
So another judgement day (2 days after their first service). I happened to call them up for water heater issue through Home Depot as aparently they are preferred contractor through local home depot. I went ahead and scheduled their service for an estimate at no additional cost. While setting up service I requested them to speak with the manager about the service charge I had regarding water issue. Manager spoke with me and ensured he would call back after he speaks with the service guy. He failed to respond back, and in fact none showed up for the next scheduled service for water heater estimation.
They not only lost me as a their customer but also lost 2 contracts - Installing new Water Softener and new Water Heater.
I strongly suggest to go with Immediate Response Plumbing and Rooter Services - one of the preferred vendors for American Homeshield as well.

This is not a dependable company for emergency issues. Their website uses an automated service that directs you to a call center which will schedule appointments and provide service details. After I scheduled through this service and was told that a free estimate would be provided and would be good for 30 days. I later received a call from the company locally who indicated that the scheduled time was not available (why allow them to schedule then...) and that there would be a $69.99 assessment fee which would be applied to any repairs if chosen. So this company is effectively allowing a third party to schedule invalid appointments with inaccurate pricing information. After I called the local company directly and scheduled an appointment, they called 50 minutes prior to the appointment and cancelled, indicating that they did not have an available technician.

If you have any kind of time-dependant or emergency plumbing need, look elsewhere. This company seems to have issues scheduling and keeping appointments.

Worst company ever. Saw a leak in my kitchen after my shower at 6 in the morning. I noticed as I was leaving for work. Checked everything visible at the time and then called and they sent out a guy at 9. He decided it was the toilet told my wife I could fix it buying a small part did no further inspection charged 70$ and left. I knew it was not that. Came home did further inspection, cut open ceiling and found that the drain pipes from the shower were leaking. Called a different company and it is now fixed. Do not use these guys!

Have a sewage blockage. Called "Will Fix It". What a laugh - they need to rethink their name and brand. Paid them $500 and still have the blockage - reason: they didn't have the right tools for the job. I was told that putting more than a 100' snake on the truck was an overhead issue. Apparently they only have THAT equipment for commercial customers. They came with the wrong equipment but charged me anyway. When I asked if they would come out again and FINISH the job I was told I would have to make another appointment -- and pay another service call charge as well as any other charges necessary to FIX the problem. Clearly this company failed in providing SERVICE - find a more reputable company.

Update on 2/4/2019: What an experience! The Will Fix It employee told me I did not have a "City Clean Out" valve. Turns out I did. Also, the same employee did tell me that he had failed to clear any of the sewage blockages he worked on the evening of 2/2/19. Not really surprised since he could not find the clean out valve on my property.

Fast forward to 2/3/19: Called Roto-Rooter. They came out on Super Bowl Sunday (2 hours after I called them) WITHOUT a service charge. Got a quote for the employee (less than the Will Fix It quote/charge). When I asked what if you can't clear it I was told that if the he (the plumber) could not clear it, there would be no charge. What a concept - I only pay IF they succeed. So, with the Super Bowl still in the first quarter, the guy knocks on my door. The blockage is cleared! It was less than 40' from the clean out valve. Interestingly, the blockage was on the city side. Everything was cleared and cleaned up, all required forms/notifications for the city completed, and still about 5 minutes left in the 2nd quarter of the Super Bowl.

If you're in San Antonio and need a sewage line cleared - call Roto-Rooter!

RUN THE OTHER WAY NOW! This is one of the worst companies in SA. They are late (if they even bother to show up at all), they do not seem to be adequately trained, they cause more problems than you originally started with (in our case, damages), they are disorganized, they are unprepared, they over-charge, they waste your time, they try your patience, they drag the job out, they cause you to be very frustrated...hmmm, need I go on? Everything you don't want in a company. There were SO MANY issues with a big reno they were involved in. Seriously, we would give them a minus rating if I could. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!!!
