We were having trouble with our water heater. We were not happy about the company that services our house (AC/Heater. According to them we need a brand new unit for a total cost of $3500). Knowing that our unit isn't that old we decided to get a second opinion. I started to look around for someone else. I came across Wilians name on a FB site/group and reading all this great reviews about him, we decided to give it a try. He came the following day. Checked everything and the first thing he told us was ""the water heater unit doesn't need to be replaced"". He ordered the parts he needed, and fixed the problem. Not only did he save us lots of money but he was great. Always responsive and always available. No matter if it is after hours or on week-ends. I highly recommend this guy. You won't regret it!!!

Wilian is a master plumber and he provides excellent service at a reasonable price. He is upfront about costs and he offers options on how to address a problem. I had my main water pressure valve replaced along with turn off values to outside faucets. Wilian did a good job, took care to protect my residence, and cleaned up the worksite. We saw a review for Wilian on Nextdoor and decided to contact him to get a quote for the removal of a giant prehistoric 115 gallon solar water heater as well as removal and installation of an electric water heater. He responded promptly and we scheduled a time for him to come and take a look at the project. He quoted us a price which we found to be very reasonable so we made appt. He was able to complete the work in a day even with the bear of a solar water heater. He's honest and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely use him for future projects!

He agreed to come out to my property between 9-11am for a vent inspection. Waited for 2 hours, I texted and called. He hung the phone up and never showed up. Very unprofessional for wasting my time. I would not recommend.
