We ordered a new gas dryer from Home Depot which was supposed to be installed by their sub contractor. After two weeks of getting the run around, I canceled and called Wilian instead (who is highly recommended by neighbors from Nextdoor). Wilian showed up the next day, got the dryer installed and working in an hour. Since we live in an old house, I had him come back the following week to replace some shut off valves that have worn and corroded over time. He is quick to respond, shows up when he says he will, and his prices are reasonable.

Integrity. Professionalism. Reliability. I wish that I had the superlatives, or more stars, to reflect the amazing service I received from Wilian. On a weekend, I fully described the particulars of my job on Yelp. Of the five plumbers who got back to me, Wilian responded quickly AND with the actual estimate I asked for- none of this, ""We'll schedule a diagnostic call and tell you how much when we get there."" Wilian arrived on time, put shoe covers on without me having to ask, quickly fixed my cartridge issue for the amount he quoted AND taught me how to fix a similar problem in the future. When we went to turn the main water line back on, we had a faulty valve and it leaked. Although he didn't have the part with him, Wilian promised he would come back at the end of his day to fix it- which he did! If you want fantastic service that you can trust, please call Wilian.
