I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

This morning (11/3/22), one of Wiley's plumbers driving their van on W. 7th St. between Sun Valley and Golden Valley was driving erratically and overly aggressively considering the roads were a sheet of ice. (I have the license plate if someone wants it.) While vehicles were spinning out and pulling over because they couldn't get up the road, this person was inches from my bumper. On any given day with perfect road conditions this kind of driving is unacceptable, but this morning careful driving was especially crucial. Then, he PASSED me on a two-lane road. This cretin could have easily killed someone this morning. What a way to advertise who people should NOT call when they have plumbing needs. I'll be sure to share with all my friends and family to go with literally any company.

I've been getting the run around for two years from other companies regarding my drain fly problem. No one listened to me & my findings. I called Wiley's and Mike took the time to hear me out. He sent his tech out to see what I was talking about, and in no time the problem was solved. I will definitely be calling Wiley's again. My only concern was that the tech did not wear any protective gear for himself.

Where do I start, we had a tech out in august last year to replace several faucet handles and fix leaks. That was done but the handles to the bathtub become harder and harder to turn and eventually became so hard to turn my older mother had to use silicone jar openers to turn the hot and cold water handles. They came back out in January and installed valve stems supplied by me that were the same brand/ make as the ones installed previously by them, their tech said they'd work. Well within 2 weeks we noticed a damp rug in the hallway just adjacent to the bathroom and pulled the rug, followed the water damage and found a massive leak when the cold water handle was turned on in the bathtub. Several weeks went by and we got a bill in the mail- once contacted the GM attempted to blame ""faulty materials"" for a ""misshapen O ring"" that was installed by their tech. The communication with the company have ceased and all blame for the leak is attempted to be placed on consumer bought materials? Now there is flooring damage and possibly mold in our wall. The GM doesn't believe they should be responsible for damages their tech caused.

This was my third attempt with plumbers to get a bathroom sink leaky faucet and a broken bathtub diverter repaired. I was getting discouraged and concerned that there were some major issues which would require extensive and costly repairs. Fortunately I met with Kevin, I could tell right away that he knew exactly what the problem was, he had all the tools available in his truck and had both issues resolved in 30 minutes. I will only use this company from now on the properties that I own. They are professional from the people in their office to their staff in the field.

Since writing my original review in 2015, I've had wileys do all my plumbing related work. In fact moments ago, I literally just had Ralph come over to help with a clogged drain and I could not have been more impressed. I was on a call for work but Ralph waited patiently while I tried to jump off my call. Ralph was in great spirits and took care of the plumbing challenge really quick. I apologized profusely to him for being so rude and he was completely understanding.

At our house, We have a running joke that when I mess something up plumbing related or need something plumbing related to be fixed, its time to call Ralph! I will always call Ralph @ Wiley's first for anything plumbing related! Thanks Guys!

We needed to replace our heating and air conditioning system and put in a new water heater. We got three quotes - one outrageously high, another half the price, and Wiley's was $1,000 more than that. We chose Wiley's because the staff came across as very knowledgeable and professional. The Wiley's quote included a full explanation of what would be done and it was typewritten. The lesser quote was handwritten, barely legible, and it was unclear what would be done. Wiley's was on time, everything went very smoothly and was completed the same day. We highly recommend Wiley's.

We used Wileys to run a gas line through our attic to the backyard, to the BBQ and then around the backyard to a firepit they did the gas line work for. Jesse was the supervisor who set up the work and made sure it was done right and on time. Max was the guy who did the work. These guys were always on time and the work they did was awesome. Everything passed inspection right away and they worked hard to make sure the work was done within a schedule we needed. I recommend these guys highly.
