I conduct no-cost plumbing consultations, as well as complimentary estimates and pressure testing. Too much water pressure can result in water damage in your home, and it can also damage appliances while wasting water!
Services I provide include replacing toilet and undersink shut-off valves and water connectors. I handle faucet repairs and replacements, including tub and shower valves. I provide toilet repair and installation services, bidets, installation of soap dispensers, water filtration and reverse osmosis system services, services for instant hot water systems, ice maker installation, food waste disposal replacements and push-button air switch installations. Dishwasher replacements are part of my services, water service valves, pressure regulator replacements, installing pressure relief valves, and replacing hose faucets. I handle water heater installations and repairs - covering circulation pumps, installing combination temperature and pressure relief valves, combustion vent work, and safety pans. Gas work includes connections for water heaters, furnaces, and kitchen gas valves, including automatic gas shut-off valves that are seismically actuated. Fixture caulk removal and recaulking are part of my services. I manage minor drain cleaning and toilet clogs.
I do not handle cleaning of sewer lines; repiping services; installation of tankless water heaters; extensive gas work.
With ten years of experience at a well-known plumbing contractor in Santa Barbara, I decided to start my own business!
