I offer free plumbing assessments, along with free estimates and water pressure evaluations. High water pressure can cause flooding in your home, affecting items like water heaters, washing machine hoses, and toilet components while wasting water!
Services I provide include the replacement of toilet and under-sink water shut-off valves and plumbing connectors. Faucet replacement and repair is part of my offerings, including valves for tubs and showers. Toilet repair and replacement, bidets, installation of soap dispensers, installation and servicing of water filters and reverse osmosis systems, services for instant hot water systems, connecting ice makers, installation of food waste disposals and push-button air switch installations. I also replace dishwashers, replacing water service valves, pressure regulator replacements, pressure relief valves, and replacing hose faucets. Water heater replacement and service - including circulation pumps, temperature and pressure relief valve installations, combustion vent installations, and installing safety pans. I also perform gas work such as connections for water heaters, furnaces, and kitchen gas valves, including automatic gas shut-off valves that are seismically actuated. Fixture caulk removal and recaulking are part of my services. Minor drain cleaning and toilet stoppages.
I do not handle sewer cleaning; pipe replacement; tankless water heaters; extensive gas work.
With ten years of experience at a well-known plumbing contractor in Santa Barbara, I chose to establish my own plumbing business!

After the job had been completed, Richard failed to announce that his original pricing was a total hoax. He charged me extra on the same job after agreeing to another price beforehand. I do not recommend Richard to anybody because he is deceitful in his offers and will lie to earn a few extra dollars.
