I provide complimentary plumbing evaluations, as well as complimentary estimates and pressure testing. Excessive water pressure may lead to leaks in your home, which can harm your appliances while wasting water!
My services encompass the replacement of toilet and under-sink water shut-off valves and water connectors. Faucet replacement and repair is part of my offerings, including valves for tubs and showers. I provide toilet repair and installation services, bidet installations, soap dispensers, installation and servicing of water filters and reverse osmosis systems, services for instant hot water systems, ice maker installation, food waste disposal replacements and push-button air switch installations. I handle dishwasher installations, replacing water service valves, replacing pressure regulators, installing pressure relief valves, and hose faucets. Water heater replacement and service - which includes circulation pump services, installing combination temperature and pressure relief valves, combustion vent installations, and safety pans. I also perform gas work such as installing and servicing gas valves for water heaters, furnaces, and kitchens, and seismically-actuated gas shut-off valves. Fixture caulk removal and recaulking are part of my services. I offer services for minor drain cleaning and toilet stoppages.
I do not handle cleaning of sewer lines; repiping services; installation of tankless water heaters; and major gas work.
Having spent ten years with a reputable plumbing company in Santa Barbara, I decided to start my own business!
