On first glance, Richard seemed like a wholesome man. He gave us a reasonable pricing for a simple plumbing job. After the job had been completed, Richard failed to announce that his original pricing was a total hoax. He charged me extra on the same job after agreeing to another price beforehand. I do not recommend Richard to anybody because he is deceitful in his offers and will lie to earn a few extra dollars.

I called Richard and he was able to come out within about one hour. He gave me an exact time and was super prompt. I had a clogged sink full of black water that I tried clear for days with no luck. Richard had it cleared in no time. Because he has a minimum charge and only spent a short time clearing my sink he offered to change a plastic hose for a metal one on my toilet, which is a much safer way to go. He didn't charge extra to do this, he just included it in his minimum charge. He left my sink and entire bathroom sparkling clean. I couldn't have asked for more. He also left his mask on the entire time too, which I appreciated very much.

Richard at Wildwood Plumbing was great. He was very responsive and I was able to text him pictures of my plumbing issue so he could give me an initial quote before even coming out here. He came out the next day and was able to replace my water pressure regulator quickly and did a perfect job. Plus Richard is a nice guy.
