I conduct no-cost plumbing consultations, including free estimates and water pressure tests. Too much water pressure can result in water damage in your home, which can harm your appliances while wasting water!
My services encompass the replacement of toilet and under-sink water shut-off valves and water connections. I handle faucet repairs and replacements, covering tub/shower valve work. I manage toilet repairs and replacements, bidet installations, soap dispenser services, installation and servicing of water filters and reverse osmosis systems, services for instant hot water systems, ice maker connections, installation of food waste disposals and accessory push-button air switches. Dishwasher replacements are part of my services, replacing water service valves, replacing pressure regulators, pressure relief valve installations, and hose faucets. Water heater replacement and service - covering circulation pumps, combination temperature and pressure relief valves, combustion vent installations, and safety pan installations. I also perform gas work such as connections for water heaters, furnaces, and kitchen gas valves, including automatic gas shut-off valves that are seismically actuated. Fixture caulk removal and recaulking are part of my services. Minor drain cleaning and toilet stoppages.
I do not handle sewer line cleaning; pipe replacement; tankless water heater services; large-scale gas services.
Having spent ten years with a reputable plumbing company in Santa Barbara, I chose to establish my own plumbing business!
