Tom explained that my older plumbing was galvanized and the main pipe had corrosion from within. I appreciate him explaining repairs that I'll need down the line without being pushy. I've had some ""other"" plumbers over time that came to our house for different work and you didn't get the warm and fuzzies from them or that they wanted to answer questions. I liked working with Tom on our house pressure regulator and several faucets that needed replacing. Professional and would call him back for future jobs.
