I was ready to cry. In an instant both toilets and my shower and tub filled up with black poopy water. I must have called 10 plumbers from 5-6pm before I found Wildcat and they agreed to come out tonight. They unplugged everything quickly and professionally.

Experience from August 3, 2022 thru November 2 (today) as follows. First tech could not replace leaky faucet. He left me with damaged counter top, and a serious leak. Flood damage to under sink wooden cabinet. Could not contact Wildcat from Thursday until Monday, flooded bathroom, into bedroom. Sink, faucet, under sink plumbing, and wodden cabinet all must be replaced. Left many phone messages, no response. Owner finally agreed to make good on all damages. Many promises by phone receptionist to help connect w/owner. Never happened. Strongly recommend this unreliable company that does not follow up w/customers, respond to phone or text mess, or keep promises. Note, their website has a 24 hour emergency contact number. I found it did not work.

My home warranty plan hired Wildcat to come fix a leak in my shower. The first technician they sent fixed the leak but later discovered he broke the shower valve in the process. When I contacted Wildcat to fix it they sent over a new plumber who said that plumber who broke my valve had been fired. This technician seemed very nice. He fixed another problem with my sink drains and promised to order a new valve and come back to fix the shower -- but I waited for two months for that to happen. During that time I tried contacting the company at least half a dozen times. Usually they didn't answer the phone and I got a full voicemail box, or if I did get through to voicemail I left a message which they never responded to. A couple of times I did actually get a person on the phone, but she either acted as if she didn't know about the problem or said the parts order had been placed and they were just waiting for it to arrive. The last time I spoke to her, she said they couldn't get that part because it wasn't American made (which it is) and said they needed to order a different valve. At that point I went back to my warranty company who reached out to another plumbing company. That plumber was here within a day with the correct valve and the problem is now fixed. Wildcat Plumbing is a hot mess. Hire them at your risk!

Worse place to recieve services. Wildcat Plumbing was sent to us by our home warranty agency. We had a leak in under the kitchen sink that caused tons of damage. It resulted in having to tear out our entire kitchen including the floor. We live in a mobile home with no concrete slab under. The first set of guys that came over stunk up our kitchen with alcohol, at 3pm on a Tuesday. The man that was communicating with us, or trying to, had an attitude with both of us. We let our restoration people know this because we did not want drunk people working on our kitchen. They had some other guy from Wildcat Plumbing drive over to attempt to set up an emergency kitchen- a couple days later. We live in Marana and it's at least a 40 min drive. The guy said because we had no concrete slab under the home he could not set up the emergency kitchen. We have floor board where the sink should be, he could have worked with it and thought of something. It was bullshit. We were upset because we have two kids and no functioning kitchen. We let the restoration people know the guy left us with nothing. He agreed Wildcat Plumbing could have set something up and they should have not left a family of 4, in that condition. On top of that, the incompetent 'plumber' acted as if he was inconvenienced saying he had to drive all the way out there (Last I checked, driving to a client's house was part of a plumbing job ). We are no longer dealing with these people. The lack of competency,  professionalism, and common sense is mind blowing.

I would LOVE to give Wildcat Plumbing ZERO stars, however, that option is not available. I thoroughly enjoy how this business blames me (the customer) for their lack of communication and then have them turn around and lie about how it is my fault. They actually told my home warranty company that I hung up on them, they also told my home warranty company that they have attempted to call me several times. Here is a word of advice to Wildcat Plumbing. Leave a message so the homeowner can return your phone call. If all you are doing is hanging up the phone and not leaving a message, why would someone return an unknown hangup? I have been without a kitchen sink since February 17th, think it is time they step up and become a reputable business.

The appointment was scheduled for 8:00-10:00, I called at 1:30 and they were 5 minutes away, only to find out they were not there to fix the problem, just to have a quote approved and they would not be able to do the work until Friday. I would suggest anyone else after the rep left, leaving vulgarity in his wake.

Received a quick response for my request for an estimate. Joseph inspected the problem and offered a few options for the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I had a couple of companies give me estimates and I was most impressed by Wildcat. I will use them when I am ready to get started

We hired Wildcat for the following:
-Run a new main water line from the street
-Replace galvanized pipe with pex
-Move water heater from utility closet to garage
-Upgrade the gas line to 1 inch pipe

Javier and his team did an amazing job. This was a lot of work. The team was super detailed and we benefited from their recommendations and suggestions. A good plumber is hard to find. These guys earned our trust with their quality work and friendly style. I would recommend this company and I would hire them again in the future if needed.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience and would not recommend these folks in good conscience. While this company was sent through our home warranty company, they came out and at the first visit said they had to order parts. They came back out the following week, still had no parts, and ultimately determined they could not get parts for our plumbing issue but could replace the parts with other brand parts for $1,200. When I called the home warranty company, they had not ever contacted them, contrary to what they had told us. Thankfully the home warranty sent out another plumber who fixed the issue (a minor leak) within a half hour.
