DE Wildasin means high prices for low quality. I was charged over one thousand dollars for extending a gas line from a regulator to my new built in grill, about 30 feet. I have never written a review before, and wish I had looked Wildasin's up before hiring them.

There was an added charge of 89 dollars to drill a one inch hole through about 6 inches of concrete wall, drilled through an existing hole you could put your little finger through. In other words, there already existed a pilot hole! 89 dollars for 5 minuted of drilling!

The job was left incomplete and they had the nerve to complain about 5 rocks the size of large loaves of bread they encountered while trenching. The trench was left open for me to close, and the gas line was suspended from electric wires the run underground with 2 zip ties. Never hire these people. You'll be sorry.

My experience has been similar to the others who took the time to review. I had to call them back to fix their own work twice and then I was yelled at by the owners for complaining. I will never hire them again.

I called to ask why the same exact job they had just completed (replacing a zone valve and purging the air out of the system) cost $300 more than it did previously. I had the original receipt from 7 years ago and read the details to the owner and he claimed that I was being dishonest, even after I offered to send him a copy! This business if very unprofessional and I believe they intentionally take advantage of their customers. I would not recommend them at all.

I had to have Wildasin come out 3 times to fix a leak. The third guy, who seemed to be the only one who knew what he was doing, said the first two guys just ""put a bandaid"" on the leak. But I still paid for 3 visits.

I'd say if you like to be yelled at by the owner, have shoddy workmanship, and difficulty scheduling appointments, then this is the plumber for you! As for me, no thanks. I tried to use a local small town company and the results were disastrous. Lucky for me there is another even smaller plumbing business that has made a stellar impact on me and did the job correctly. Steer clear folks unless you have very deep pockets.
