Very very over priced! Did a good job used under 80.00 in parts worked less then 90 minutes. Charged me$764.00. Told me he had to take a wall down...in truth he took a panel off 4- screws.

The first time they came out we had a septic emergency, with horrible flooding and a huge mess. They got here quickly and fixed the problem. We have had them out several times after and they have always done excellent work and they are very respectful of our property and very friendly and polite. I wouldn't want to use any other plumber. Looks like most of the complaints are about the pricing. I'd rather pay a little more and get the job done right myself. We haven't had to have them come back for a job that wasn't done right. Work is completed and home is left clean and tidy. Big thanks to Troy, who is the best!

So, they quoted me almost $14k. I found another plumber, he did an excellent job for $4k. He completed it in two days. Then, he also did a bunch of other things the next day like moving plumbing off of exterior walls. Guess what? All this, still less than their quote. I told my other contractor about their ""best in the valley"" rationale for their prices and he fell over laughing. ""best in the valley at what? demo?"" he said. This made me again realize how absurd they are. As for ""best materials"", dude, I needed some Pex and PVC pipe. It's not like I want my plumbing plated in gold. Pex is Pex, it's the same price everywhere, I mean come on. Please don't be the stupid homeowner who falls for their gimmicks.

They are so over priced. 600$ to un freeze one little pipe. For a older lady. Not cool would not recommend to any one....

Stay away. They came out and estimated $1578 for a minor shower fix. Boom. I asked for a material/labor breakdown and he said ""they don't do it that way"". I asked how long it would take, he said 6 hours. They charged $139 for a trip charge. I found a licensed plumber for $400, $150 material and $250 labor. His trip charge was $25. It'll take 3 hours. I'm not ""happy today"" and I still did pay. I should've read all the yelp reviews first.

Called this morning with toilet issues at work. Troy came right over, gave a good quote all fixed up today. Couldn't ask for any more. Great people, great service, great parts..

New to Kalispell when this occurred so I opened up yellow pages picked largest ad (BIG MISTAKE) because I needed a quote to fix a partially stripped out shower knob. The guy showed up a few hours late and then told me he needed $75 CASH UP FRONT to give me an estimate which i paid him (NEVER AGAIN) then he spent maybe 3 minutes writing a estimate for $1200 and told me it could be more if he has to go under my house. Well that was a waste of $75 so I went down to local Hardware store to buy the parts to do it myself and happen to tell the guy at counter my pleasant first experience of living in Kalispell and he laughed and gave me the number of an HONEST local licensed 30 yrs experienced journeyman plumber and he came out that evening at 5pm and had it fixed by 6pm and charged me $150 and I gave him $200 and said thank you so much for great deal and he then handed me $50 change telling me he only charged me $150 because it was a short notice or would've been closer to $100.

Sorry just being 100% honest here and now that I have heard the EXACT same story from countless other people i think it's pretty clear Wild West plumbing is EXTREMELY high and what was even worse than the paying the $75 for 3 minutes work was the guy was a complete a'sshole

i had a water heater replaced and made a rash decision with wild west plumbing before comparing prices. my water heater retails for less than $1500 and i was charged nearly $4000 after all was set and done. In my opinion $2500 installation and warranty is rather excessive.

They responded quickly but their pricing scheme was insane. I could have paid an attorney to fix my faucet more cheaply. Absolute highway robbery. Would never use this outfit again.

Scheduled a plumber to come out one day was told he would be here between 9-11 waited all day never showed up.. No way am I going to pay someone almost 200 bucks to snake a drain when they don't take me as priority enough to show up.. Calling someone else.. Had them in the past with excellent service don't understand what happened this time but im not a happy customer
