Our old propane water heater finally had kicked the bucket....Nate with Wild Country came to our rescue and replaced it with a tankless water heater. Always great/prompt service, will never use another plumbing company!

I've never written a bad review of a business on Yelp, but my experience with Wild Country Plumbing was so awful that I feel I have to warn others.

They have corrupt billing. They use coercive, heavy-handed tactics! They make a mistake and then expect for you to cover THEIR costs of their mistakes (I asked if I should have a faucet there for the repair so everything could be done in one visit and she responded no, her husband could repair it. Then when they couldn't repair it, they wanted to charge us for the return visit after we picked up the new faucet. They charged us for 2 hours when they only spent a total of one hour in our home). When I disputed the extra charges for them to correct their mistake, they threatened to file a lien on my home and filed preliminary paperwork for the lien. When I tried to talk to them on the phone, they hung up on me and then would never answer the phone again even though I tried calling multiple times over the course of many days.

On top of that, they left me and my family without a functioning kitchen sink for weeks due to THIER mistake. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! They are incompetent. They are immoral. They do not treat their customers with respect.

Do NOT hire this company!! Your family could die from their lack of care!! Poor Service. This company came out and installed a new heater, it was not done right. The work was only done halfway with very little care about our health and well being. I live in Clifton and have no idea why this Montrose company would come out this far.
