Everything they have repaired or installed as been above quality workmanship. Any mess has always been cleaned. The prices are fair and affordable. They are my go-to plumber!

Not only do I use this company for all of my plumbing, but it's also who I recommend whenever my friends or family need plumbing work done. They are very responsive, very fairly priced, and they were quick and efficient. I also recommend that you have cash to pay for their service if possible, because they charge less for cash payments than credit card payments.

I have used Wilcoxen several times for my rent houses and been increasingly dissatisfied. Once, they fixed the clogged drain pipe, but turned off the breaker to the A/C and left it off, causing me to have to pay for an A/C service call (only to find out Wilcoxen had turned the breaker off and left it that way).

Much worse, i needed to replace 25 feet of my house water line which was leaking. They found the problem, dismantled it, and then told me they could not come back for a week. They then charged me $1500 for replacing 25 feet of PVC pipe (maybe $50 of materials), which was an outrageous price for a half day of work for one plumber. And, they left a hole the size of a construction wheelbarrow, and never replaced the grass on the ditch they dug. As a result, the entire pipe is now exposed in a foot deep soil-less trench.

I am disgusted.

We had a Saturday evening plumbing emergency, and when we called "our" plumber, they did not answer or respond to our text.

I called Wilcoxen because they had great reviews from our neighbors on Nextdoor, and not only did they answer their phone, but they sent out Tim to solve our problem. He could not have been nicer, and he fixed us up so that we had water again, and could enjoy the rest of our weekend. We are very thankful for their excellent service.

I called at 9:30 am. The person who answered said they had a cancellation and could probably get someone out that day.

Called me back at 11:30, they were on the way.

Arrive around noon.

1. Replaced a shower faucet in the wall. Installed an access panel I had on hand so I don't have to worry about drywall repair, at least until my wife insists on it.
2. Replaced a leaking outside faucet. Had to replace the connection on the copper pipe. Wasn't just a leaky faucet.
3. Unstopped tub drain.
4. Tried to unstop a lavatory drain but appears the old cast iron drain is collapsed. Will have owner come give me an estimate on that repair.

Gone by 3 pm.

I woke up to an emergency water leak around the water shut off value. I was thrilled when Wilcoxen could come out the same day. The communication was great and the work was top notch. They took pictures off the plumbing work before they covered it so I could see what was done. Highly recommend Wilcoxen!

Desperate with backed up plumbing and no available plumbers to come out and help, we felt very lucky to have them come out. Got us all fixed up until less than 3 days later. here we go again. They come out again and decide we need all this other work. And we would of been happy to pay them for the xtra work that was needed but they wanted to charge us again for just coming out to fix what they did not fix the first time in addition to now all the xtra work that needs to be done. So we will be going back to our old plumber to do the work right the first time without trying to nickel and dime us.

I NEVER write reviews but this company is so great it would be criminal not to do so. They return calls as promptly as possible, come when they say they will, do outstanding work at a fair price. The fact that they are so kind yet professional is just the icing on the cake. I have used them before and they were just as great then.

Wilcoxen Plumbing is hands-down the best company I have dealt with in this area. Living in Sunrise Beach I have struggled to find reputable companies that do good work at a fair price and they were exceptional. They came out to find and repair a leak that I knew was somewhere between the meter and the house and another smaller job I had. They were prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly and at a very fair price. I will never call another plumber.

My water heater went out. The owner came out on Saturday to fix it. They called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The problem was repaired in 30 minutes. He was polite and professional. He charged me the standard rate even though I expected to be charged weekend rates. I recommend this company.
