I have the Wilbur's Pink plan. And after looking at the charges on the last few services i had done by this company; I have realized their charges (value) for services are VERY HIGH -- FOR EVEN THE MOST basic and simple services. I will not be renewing my pink plan when it comes due again. I AM 72 years old, and at this point feeling very taken advantage of by this company.

Glad to report an excellent experience with two (2) plumbing professionals on yesterday (12-8-2023). Both Jason, and Brittany (lol) ... actually I mean Brady, were professional and courteous from the time they entered my home until the time the job was completed. They moved about fluidly and efficiently. This customer should also note the professional and respectful way these men work as a team. I observed a perfect veteran/mentor type way they performed. This customer felt the total cost to be a bit higher than preferred. But ultimately determined the cost as reasonable when considering the finished product and my comfort level of the services performed. Would recommend this company's plumbing services highly. We had an issue with our furnace so we called Wilburs and they came out the next day. The techs were very friendly and this is the reason I gave 2 stars. They gave me an astronomical quote ($1500) to fix the issue. We asked for a detailed breakdown of why it was so expensive and they couldn't give us one. My husband even called into the office and they had a manager call back. Even he couldn't give more information. We did end up paying a $59 service charge since we opted not to have the work done. We called another heat/air company out of the area and they came out the next day and fixed the unit for only $500.

When you have to use a repair service for the first time there's always a concern they will try to over charge or cheat you. Complete opposite with WAC not only did they get back in touch at five in the morning after we discovered our A/C had stop working they sent out a technician on Father's Day first thing in the morning to diagnose and fix the problem. Mr McCloud was very professional and friendly. He diagnose the problem and gave us several options to fix the issue. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them in the future.

We requested a pre-season A/C check. Several issues found with existing unit and supply line. We were provided various options and quotes for repair and new units. Very pleased with time to explain options and no hard sell that we had to move forward with anything today. Appreciate the knowledgable feedback. Wilbur's is not the cheapest company but they seem to be honest and straightforward.

Highly recommend Wilbur's for Plumbing and AC. This was a plumbing call made by Dale who is excellent! Very professional, experienced, & courteous. Called ~20-30 minutes ahead of appointment time to let us know he was on the way. He replaced a bad pressure regulating valve on incoming City Water, adjusted household water pressure, installed a new garbage disposal, re-plumbed piping below sink, unclogged kitchen sink drain line down about 20 feet, fixed another leak in hot water piping in garage . . . . all perfectly done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost with upfront pricing too . . . No Surprises! Well run biz.
