UPDATED REVIEW: I'm upgrading my Wilbur Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing rating from one star to three stars. The reason is once the owner/service manager got wind of my bad and grossly over-charged service call, he contacted me directly and even came out to my house to take a first-hand look, and after he personally inspected and evaluated the job, and to his credit, he refunded us 68% of the total charge of $624. He also checked our water heater configuration for carbon monoxide leaks, and gave advice on what's considered """"out of code"""" and what's considered """"in code"""". I must say most other companies wouldn't even bother to do a follow-up phone call, much less come out to your house and personally issue a refund. So kudos to Wilbur ACH&P for having very proactive customer service and marketing departments. In case you're wondering why I don't give a rating higher than three stars, well, this bad experience did actually happen. We can't just simply erase from memory the reality of enduring such an outrageous, perplexing, and astonishing experience of how replacing a simple water heater shut-off valve (again, a replacement valve I already had in hand) could cost 624 bucks! Most importantly, however, they did make it right at the end of the day. So I reverse my previous statement review and would indeed recommend Wilbur for your Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing service needs.

I feel as if I was overcharged by your company. I kept asking the technicians how much was the disposal, but they never gave me a price for how much the garbage disposal actually was, they only give me a grand total of how much it will be including the labor. I decided to go ahead and have them replace the disposal due to circumstances out of my control. Both technicians were very nice and knowledgeable. So I actually trusted their judgment and did not think any more about it until I ask for a receipt and I was told someone from the office will email the receipt to me. Every company I have done business with has given or emailed me a receipt right then and there. After the technicians left, I decided to go look under my sink to see what was the brand of the garbage disposal. In-sink Erator Badger 5 1/2 HP with 3-year limited warranty. This brand can be purchased at all locations below: Lowes - for $144.00 Home Depot- for $114.11 Walmart- for $94.99 Amazon - for $89.48 Why did they charge us $667.78 for a part that cost under $200 and took only 20 minutes of labor? That's just not right! So you charge me over $500 in labor?? Do you treat all your customers this way or just certain ones?? With much regards

Updated our gas furnace and AC with a Hepa filtration cabinet. Hats off to Travis and Brewster for accommodation, efficiency and personable service.I would highly recommend Wilbers for plumbing ,heating and cooling.

Highly recommend Wilbur's for Plumbing and AC. This was a plumbing call made by Dale who is excellent! Very professional, experienced, & courteous. Called ~20-30 minutes ahead of appointment time to let us know he was on the way. He replaced a bad pressure regulating valve on incoming City Water, adjusted household water pressure, installed a new garbage disposal, re-plumbed piping below sink, unclogged kitchen sink drain line down about 20 feet, fixed another leak in hot water piping in garage . . . . all perfectly done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost with upfront pricing too . . . No Surprises! Well run biz.

I've been using Wilbur's for both A/C and Plumbing for several years. These guys are the best and I love Wilbur's """"Pink Plan""""! Every technician I've had was friendly (like they've known you all your life friendly), professional, and experts in their field. They always give you options, at least 3, on whether to repair, different repairing options, and payment options. The technicians also explain things where even I can understand the entire situation. Thanks to Wilbur for hiring such exceptional employees!

Fixed my leaky toilet in about 30 minutes. $400+ later for a missing gasket or flapper or poor installation from the former contractor, never really told me what was wrong in the first place. Bottom line: cheap part and expensive labor. First day, they came out for the diagnostic to find out what was wrong with my toilet. After diagnosing the toilet, they went to my attic and wanted to replace the hot water heater, expansion tank, insulate all the pipes, and fix the toilet...the quote was $10, 429. All of the parts they wanted to replace totalled less than $1500 at HD...profit minimum would be $9k in a few hours. Once again, original problem was to just get my leaky toilet fixed that they diagnosed in less than 5 minutes. Overall, service was good enough, guys were polite and clean. They ended up replacing my entire toilet tank (which was brand new) and told me they were being generous since I was """"sour"""" about the quotes and why they were in my attic. Overall, just felt like I was taken advantage of. Toilet is fixed but would not use again.

My first experience with Wilbur's Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing was excellent. I woke up Saturday morning to a warm house. Called the 24 hour hotline about 5:45, gave info to the operator, and received a call back in less than 10 minutes. She took down my information, told me about the service charge, explained the technician was currently unavailable on another call, and said she would call me when he was on his way. Received a follow up call telling me the technician was on his way. He arrived - very polite, knowledgeable, and explained that he would diagnose the problem and then come back to me with the repair estimate. He came back in about 15 minutes (thankfully my issue was minor), gave me the cost, discussed other services they offered, and then did the repair work. He took the payment, asked if I had any questions, and then left. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again if I have issues.

Service technician Dale,Ronald Garner, appeared very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Explained why I had the plumbing problem and how it needed to be corrected. Good clean job.
