I have the Wilbur's Pink plan. And after looking at the charges on the last few services i had done by this company; I have realized their charges (value) for services are VERY HIGH -- FOR EVEN THE MOST basic and simple services. I will not be renewing my pink plan when it comes due again. I AM 72 years old, and at this point feeling very taken advantage of by this company.

We set a time frame of 9:00-12:00. The plumber showed up at about 9:05. Unheard of in my world. He was direct and honest. He did efficient work and made great suggestions for the near future. I'm always a little shocked at how much it costs to get a plumber out to do work, but I am happy with the work and professionalism. These folks are worth your phone call.

My first experience with Wilbur's Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing was excellent. I woke up Saturday morning to a warm house. Called the 24 hour hotline about 5:45, gave info to the operator, and received a call back in less than 10 minutes. She took down my information, told me about the service charge, explained the technician was currently unavailable on another call, and said she would call me when he was on his way. Received a follow up call telling me the technician was on his way. He arrived - very polite, knowledgeable, and explained that he would diagnose the problem and then come back to me with the repair estimate. He came back in about 15 minutes (thankfully my issue was minor), gave me the cost, discussed other services they offered, and then did the repair work. He took the payment, asked if I had any questions, and then left. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again if I have issues.

We've always used Wilbur's for emergencies, but decided to do a service contract with them for some added piece of mind. Brian Fulton came out and was extremely helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue, and had a solution to our problem. Performed the service with his colleague and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Brian, and Wilbur's for exceptional service and customer service!!

Had an issue with my sewage ejection pump. Wilburs came out and didn't even take it apart and said the pump and basin needed to be replaced. Sent quote for $3600 (5% discount made it $3439). Had second plumber (Git er done Plumbing) come look and he unclogged the pump and got it working in about 30 minutes Charged me $125. Even if the pump had needed to be replaced (which it clearly didn't), $3600 is highway robbery. A brand new pump and basin is less than $600 and there is easy access to the pump in my basement. There was no reason to replace the basin as it was intact and free of flaws. They wanted around $3000 to do an install that I could have done myself in a couple of hours. Avoid at all costs.
