Would not recommend for regular home maintenance. Needed a tub spout diverter replaced so saw add for $77 call. Service guy took over 30 minutes to write up quote- he checked water heater; line pressure and don't know what else 'looking' for issues (I can only assume) so that more work could be added. Grew skeptical as time passed but waited for labor quote since I already had the part on hand. Well whopping $377 quote to replace spout. Outrageous; company willing to waive service call fee but it is principle of issue. I said no to work and paid the $77 call out charge. Do not waste your money on this place. Very disappointed.

P.s had my regular plumber out the following day. Labor cost less by 2/3rd and job complete in less than half hour.

What ever possessed me to call Wightons for plumbing. Major error and expensive lesson learned.

My schedule appointment time was at 10:00 am on Sept 10 2022 Mark arrived at our gate at 9:36, he called my phone for entrance. At 9:46 I returned the call to have Mark tell me that I missed my appointment slot and he was moving on to his next appointment. I told him he arrived 20 minutes early and he refused to return. I did not receive a call on Monday regarding the missed appointment. The worst customer service, not recommended.

We only received phone service for this ridiculously hot long Labor Day weekend, but this company truly brought us confidence in their service levels. We would not hesitate to call them again for estimate on repairs or replacement of our older systems.

Thanks to other Yelp reviews they surfaced to the top when we really needed them!

My AC quit running on 9-1-22, one of the hottest days of the year.
I called at about 4:45 expecting to get an answering machine or a person saying they could come out in two or three weeks.
To my surprise, a very nice lady named April answered and she was more than happy to try to help me that evening but she was unable to find a nighttime tech.
She gave me an appointment for 8:00 the next morning (a Friday.)
Again, to my surprise, at 8:00 Friday a.m. a tech named Jonathan was at my door ready to address my issue.
Fortunately for me the problem was relatively simple and Jonathan fixed it, put in a new filter, and was gone by 9:00.
I cannot express enough that I would, without a doubt, recommend this business in a heartbeat. They will also be the first people I will call in the future. Thank you!!

This company runs a deceitful online ad campaign bait and switching you into thinking they will clean your drain for $68, when in reality this is only a fee to get them to your door. Once the technician arrived he wouldn't listen to me tell him that it was the mainline clogged and just needed to be snaked he kept telling me how it could be many other things and how it was going to cost $419 just for him to get his tools out of the truck and try and clear the mainline and that was with no guarantee that he would be able to clear the line.

I got the feeling he was trying to scare me off with the price because he just didn't want to work with me, and actually give me a reasonable quote.


don't fall for their ""$68 drain cleaning offer"" that actually means they charge you $68 to give you a proposal of $419 to clear your drain.

I had a plumbing leak in the attic of my house at 1 am and called Wightons. The technician (Carlos) that called me back was so professional, helpful and didn't make me feel like I was putting him out for making him come out in the middle of the night at all. When he arrived he was so nice and assessed the situation, took a video of what was going on and showed it to me and clearly outlined how he was going to fix it. He was amazing and so understanding about getting it done in the middle of the night. Once the repair was made he waited to ensure no further problems developed. He was amazing. I've used several plumbing companies in the past but this is by far the best experience I'd ever had. Carlos knew what he was doing was professional and efficient! I will be calling Wightons from now on when I have any plumbing issues. They took service to the next level and had the expertise needed to make sure the job was done right all for a reasonable price! Thank you!!!!

My kitchen sink was stopped up and I needed a plumber. I found this company online. From the chat feature on the website where I explained the problem and was able to schedule a time (the next day) to the plumber-Carlos, this has been one of the best experiences with a plumbing service ever! The receptionist was friendly and professional. She checked back a couple of times to update me on the status of the service. Carlos arrived on time. He was friendly, professional, and explained every step. He was very knowledgable and cleaned up everything before he left. I have found the plumbing company I will use and recommend to all of my family and friends in the future.

In the heat of summer, our AC unit quit producing cold air. I called Wighton's bc I knew the family from years ago and believed them to be efficient. After leaving a voicemail and call back number, I received a msg that a tech would be in touch soon. After days of no contact, I left another msg. Still no contact. So, I call ""Bee right there plumbing"" and they responded immediately and came in one day. Wighton's may be good, but I'll never know.
