We called Weise Plumbing today because the discharge pipe for our sump pump was either frozen or broken. It is raining and the temperature is above freezing, so our sump pump could go off at any moment and dump all of that water into our basement. Their tech arrived in one hour and rerouted the pipes from the sump pump. Did I mention this was a Sunday? Great service from a company who listens to customer concerns.

We are building a home in Ashland that is around a lake. We had been in contact with them from the get go because our HOA had suggested to use them. We were transferred around quite a bit before finally getting someone to give us an estimate. We tried to schedule a date to have work started and again were given the run around (I'm talking weeks) and finally received an answer that they would not pencil us in until they had 1/2 down. Understandable for sure, but not the time it took them to tell us that they needed it prior to scheduling. Mailed in our payment on September 12th, 16...we had to call and call and call some more before we received an ETA. You know when they started it????....November 3rd, 2016, TWO MONTHS LATER. They were to start it on November 2nd, 2016, but came up with a reason not to start it until the next day. Received a bill on November 15th for the work they did....the invoice is dated September 22, 16, bill is due on October 22nd, 16. I called to ask them to change the dates as I need to turn it over to our bank and I did not want to look like I was late on making the payment. Wendy told me that they couldn't do that and I should white it out and put the correct dates in, seriously. I asked her if she could do something more professional, her tone then changed and I pointed it out. She asked me for my email address and I corrected her, she snapped and got even more rude. I proceeded to tell her that her being like this along with everything else is extremely unprofessional. She said she would have Shari call me. All I'm trying to do is pay the other half of a $10,500 invoice, a day after I received it. Horrible place to deal with....I feel like they kind of corner the market as we don't have a lot of places to go to for their kind of services, so I feel like they take advantage of that and can treat whoever the way the want.

The sprinkler system would not ever pop up some sprinkler heads due to low pressure and 5th Season Lawn Service put us in contact with Wiese Plumbing to back flush the main water line to the house.
They showed up performed the work and cleaned up, the price was reasonable.

Excellent service here. I called for an estimate and the owner was there in 20 minutes. We wanted to relocate our washer and dryer from the basement to the main floor. He beat our other quote by $1000. The work was completed as promised. The installer was professional and cleaned up the mess when he was done. I will call them first on the next project.

Terrible customer service. Called and asked for a bid for some work with the owner of the place. Never called back, so called them asking what was going on. Talked to the receptionist there and the owner didn't even put us on the schedule. Receptionist said he was in a meeting, asked if we could leave a message and she kindly said she could but she can't ""make him do anything"" never heard back going on 2 weeks. If you don't want to do a job at least have the common curtesy to say so instead of just blowing the customer off... Very poor business in my opinion
