AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Our hot water heater broke Sunday night. Called our home warranty company who stuck us with Wiese Plumbing to get it fixed. It is now Thursday and we still don't have a fixed hot water heater. They claim they can come out NEXT Tuesday and replace it and that more than a week to fix a hot water heater ""is pretty good.""

We called a more reputable company the Monday it broke, who was willing and able to replace it ON THE SAME DAY.

Weise might want to check the dictionary for the definition of ""timely manner"" for their mission statement because they are failing. Miserably.

Worst company I've ever encountered. Either showed up 2 hours late or cancelled an hour later each time we called. Terrible customer service, the plumber we had didn't even look at the shower when we said there was water leaking into our kitchen when we used the shower. I could not recommend a company less. I have to blame HSA, our home warranty company as well. It's been almost three weeks since we first had Weise Plumbing at our house and they cancelled at 2 when our appointment was from 12-2. Just pay out of pocket to a reliable company rather than try to maneuver through this company. Absolutely terrible.

This is the worst company to work with. They are hacks! My warranty company had them install a new furnace and they did not do the piping correct. They were out 3xs after and did not fix problem. It ended up costing me 2000$ to have another company fix their mistakes. And I have been without a working furnace in weeks. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I hate this plumbing company so much. They were scheduled through my home warranty (HSA). First, they call and leave a message to come out and fix the plumbing issue. I called them right back but nobody answered and there is no voicemail box to leave a message. So I called again the next day and still could not get ahold of anyone. A month passes and I realize I was charged for the service through my HSA but the problem was never fixed. I called the plumbing company and actually got ahold of someone. I explained how a month ago I was trying to get them to come out to fix a drain in my basement that was clogged and they never scheduled the appointment. They scheduled to come out the next day between noon and 4. So I took off a half day from work so I could be home. 330 comes around and still haven't heard from the plumber so I call and they say he is backed up and won't be able to make it out today but he can come the next day between 10-2. I take off the next morning so I could be home from 10-2. 130 comes around and no show or call again so I give them a call and they say he has a doctors appointment and will come straight to my house afterwards. They promised me he would come by end of day and said I could expect him between 230-5. He never showed up! I called them and could not get ahold of anyone. I am so pissed that I just took off 1.5 days of work for NOTHING!!! Problem has not been fixed and I have been charged for nothing. I called the home warranty and they are sending another contractor. If your HSA tries to send Weise plumbing, immediately ask for them to send someone else.

Where to begin,???? I was recommended to Wiese Plumbing by another company who I later found out had a connection due to them cutting each other deals. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling, I used Wiese plumbing, who was a total wreck trying to schedule. That should've been my first sign that they were a company not to do business with. They then showed up to my house at a different time than we had scheduled. Then as one of their plumbers was making the repair he left my sight in a hurry, only to leave diarrhea feces all over my bathroom. I mean explosive diarrhea!!!!! Then when I made him clean it up I also informed him that he had diarrhea all over his backside. He kept rubbing his hands all over it and then touching various surfaces in my home. Then I am charged for a full extra hour of ""labor"" while he waits and literally stands in my kitchen doing absolutely nothing waiting for his partner to get a piece of material. My house smelled like feces and I was sickened to the fact that afterwards I then had to decontaminate my home. I have two small children and this was absolutely disgusting. I then called to complain unfortunately and spoke to Bonnie. She said she would speak to the plumber and call me back. After nearly two weeks still no call back. I've called back several times and they ask who's calling and when I tell them, they always say she's in a meeting or out for the day. Never to return my call and continually give the run around. I WILL NEVER do business with this company again. They clearly do not care about there customers and their customer service is just as bad. Their inaction speaks volumes!!!!

Most unprofessional company. This company was contracted through HMS home warranty to repair or replace the toilet. On the first visit the plumber assessed the repair needed. Second visit (a week later) he finds he ordered the wrong part. Third scheduled time, a week later, another four hour slot I had to call off work for, the plumber never shows. Weeks without a working toilet and mind you, my husband is on medical home care. When I called the office they said the plumber called off work and had not written down the repairs or parts needed, therefore they could not send another plumber. No explanation for why the office never called to say no one was coming! Upon talking to management, I was assured she would call me back the next day (Friday) with a new appointment time for Saturday. Friday, no call from management. I work Saturday so I needed to have an appointment confirmed. Friday afternoon I called in at 1:30p and was told management was not available, that they would call back before closing to let me know status if they were coming on Saturday. I tried again at 4:30p. No answer yet. No call ever came later. On Saturday I get a call while at work from the plumber saying he could come right then. (It's about a half hour drive for him) I explained I was at work, never got a call so I wasn't prepared to be at home. I told him I could meet him but I had to close the company up. Closing up shop plus my drive home would make it close to an hour before I could be at the house. He got mad, said he came into work just for this repair. I apologized but explained no one from his office scheduled with me and I had no way to get there any quicker. He said he couldn't wait and hung up on me. Multiple calls to him and to the office, yet no one ever called back. I reported this to HMS who immediately tried calling the plumber and the company. They too reiterated the time I could be at the house in messages they left. No one returned either of our calls. Several days later I finally get through to speak to management. She says I was supposed to be home Saturday afternoon for plumber, that she was only to try to call me to confirm if she could but I was supposed to be there regardless. I'm appalled with the unprofessionalism from every level of this company. We finally had to settled with HMS to replace the toilet ourselves. Awful experience!

AVOID THIS COMPANY if American Home Shield sends them to handle plumbing. They will damage your home, fail to compete the job and cancel appointments, fail to communicate and use substandard parts for repairs. In addition, the repairs they do complete will include DUCT TAPE and continue to leak. Furthermore, I saw one of their plumbers use drugs while on a job at my home and he took a crap in my toliet. The same plumbing line he failed to repair.

1 star is to much for this company. UNPROFESSIONAL. I think Wiese plumbers got their credentials from cereal boxes. They failed to fix anything in my home.

I just read the other reviews and have to admit I must be very lucky. True Mark the person they sent out just left after replacing our hot water tank and a few valves. I found him very professional and nice. He did have to wait for some extra copper pipe, but no problem. If it turns to be problematic I'll give an updatedvreport, but for now all is good. Home Warranty sent them out to do a couple of jobs.
Install a shower/nob/spout set. They installed it wrong and it was leaking. The dispatched asked me how I know they installed it wrong. I said because it's leaking, and they did the work less than 24 hours ago. Anyways, wound up kicking them off the job. The new plumber came in and said it was leaking because they cracked the PVC pipe and tried to cover it up silicon. SHADY.
