Wiegand did some work for me a few weeks ago and it was a positive experience from the minute we called. If you've ever called a plumber, you will know that nobody ever answers the phone and you are lucky if they get back to you. With Wiegand, our phone call was answered and a lady talked to my husband through a few scenarios to help us get prepared for what we needed. She was super helpful and was very knowledgeable. We had our plumbing scheduled and the plumber not only showed up on time, but called ahead and asked if it would be OK if they came earlier than expected. I never had a plumber show up on time, let alone early. This was exceptional. The plumber that did our work was very efficient, professional, polite, and took care of our issues. I felt the billing was fair for the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them again and will definitely use them in the future.
